Check out this great news article @AdvSciNews featuring our recent study on axonal homeostasis and length using a bioengineered lab-on-chip system we created. None of this would have been possible without the great team @theSeriousLab and our amazing homes @TheCrick & @CCRB27.
By creating a platform that allows nerve cells to grow to their natural lengths in vitro, researchers provided a means to better understand the body's nervous system and related neurodegenerative disorders.
