Day 25 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP.
Imagine needing 5 players to complete content, only to be rewarded LESS than someone killing mobs solo. 💀😂
Dungeons require teamwork, coordination, finding a tank, finding a healer, and sometimes dealing with wipes.
Yet we’re treating meaningful dungeon XP like it’s somehow bad for the game?
What’s the point of encouraging group content if the rewards don’t justify the effort? 🤔
Nobody is asking for dungeon leveling to be the fastest method. We just want it to be a viable alternative to questing.
Reward the teamwork. Reward the time invested. Make dungeons worth repeating. ⚔️

POP THAT BUBBLE!

🚨 US LAWMAKERS ARE NOW PREPARING FOR THE AI BUBBLE TO BURST.
House Democrats have introduced a resolution opposing government bailouts for AI companies if the industry crashes.
Instead of rescuing them with taxpayer money, lawmakers want failed AI companies to go through normal bankruptcy.
And the timing is extremely concerning.
Some of the world's biggest tech companies are investing billions into AI startups that spend heavily on their products.
• Nvidia invests in CoreWeave, which buys Nvidia chips.
• Microsoft invests in OpenAI, which spends billions on Microsoft's cloud services.
• Amazon invests in Anthropic, which uses Amazon's cloud infrastructure.
Billions are moving between companies that are becoming increasingly dependent on each other's spending.
And lawmakers are raising concerns about the growing use of borrowed money by Big Tech and Wall Street to finance the AI boom.
The resolution is not law, but it shows that some lawmakers are already worried about what happens if the industry collapses.
If AI startups run out of funding, they could be forced to slash spending or declare bankruptcy, leaving their investors and suppliers facing massive losses.
And without government bailouts, a major failure could spread across chipmakers, cloud providers, banks and the broader stock market.
The biggest risk is that one major AI bankruptcy could trigger losses across an entire industry worth trillions.
Fuck this guy
sam: local inference is a terrible allocation of scarce resources
“a lot of people want local inference, and somehow they assume that the problem is solved now because we have open-source models, we're going to be able to run them on our computers, and so we're not going to need all the stuff in the data centre
but from a global allocation perspective, actually it's quite terrible to have everybody, like, have a bunch of the world's limited supply of DRAM sitting in their own computer and being used five percent of the time
you want maximum utilisation in the cloud if you're trying to deal with this very supply-constrained environment
somehow many people's intuition is the opposite of that”
GIVE ME MY DAMN TEMPLAR
Everything has a price… even fate.

Put WoW on game pass 🥹
In Q1, XBOX revenue declined 2% YoY, compared with a 10% decline a quarter ago, while our accountability margin improved. Minecraft and WoW Forever set records, Call of Duty had its most acclaimed release in more than a decade, and our PC platform revenue grew double digits. Console sales remain constrained by supply, with more demand than consoles available. We’re working to get more consoles into players’ hands, including through our expanded refurbishment program. We’re making progress, with a lot more work ahead.
Day 24 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP.
Apparently, running the same dungeon twice is “spamming,” but killing 500 boars is called “exploring Azeroth.” 💀😂
I understand wanting players out in the open world, but why does that mean dungeons have to feel unrewarding?
Some players enjoy questing. Others enjoy grouping up, learning their class, and running dungeons throughout the leveling journey.
Neither playstyle should be punished for enjoying the game differently.
We’re not asking for faster leveling. We’re asking for meaningful progression while doing the content we enjoy.
Revert dungeon XP or find a reasonable middle ground. Let players enjoy ALL content

Day 23 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP.
Since when did enjoying the leveling experience become a problem? 💀😂
Some of us genuinely enjoy running dungeons, grouping with random players, and leveling through the content we love.
Not everyone is trying to speedrun to max level or abuse dungeon grinding.
We just want our time spent in dungeons to feel rewarding.
Questing should be rewarding. Dungeons should be rewarding. Both are part of the leveling journey.
Why punish one playstyle just to encourage another? 🤔
Bring back meaningful dungeon XP. Let us enjoy the journey OUR way.

Ichigo's journey finally ends today after 22 years 🥲⚔️
Bleach will air its final TV anime episode bringing the Thousand-Year Blood War and a journey that began with the original anime in 2004 to its long-awaited conclusion.
What began with Ichigo unexpectedly gaining the powers of a Soul Reaper grew into battles across Soul Society, Hueco Mundo and beyond, introducing generations of fans to characters like Rukia, Renji, Byakuya, Aizen, Uryu and countless others.
For longtime viewers, this ending carries extra weight. Bleach disappeared from television for nearly a decade before returning in 2022 to finally animate the manga’s concluding war, giving fans an ending many once thought they might never see.
The final episode will close the Thousand-Year Blood War and officially complete the television anime.
Bankai were unleashed. Friendships were forged. Entire generations grew up alongside Ichigo. Now, one of anime’s defining journeys is finally reaching its destination.
End of an era. 🧡

I mean why not. Doesn’t really change the style of the game at all.
Player housing is coming to WoW Forever!?
One of the few retail features I think would actually work really well in Forever. Can’t wait to see their take on it 🔥
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The clip from the official WoW Forever podcast teases future hidden instance portals and content in in-game homes/manors (such as the expanded Manor Mistmantle location/dungeon in Duskwood), not player housing.

Day 22 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP.
Why are we treating LEVELING dungeons like ENDGAME dungeons? 💀😂
I keep seeing people argue that “dungeons are for gear, not XP.”
Sure, that argument makes sense at max level when XP no longer matters. But we’re talking about LEVELING dungeons.
Why should a level 20 dungeon follow the same reward philosophy as a level 60 dungeon? 🤔
Leveling dungeons should reward players for BOTH gaining experience and obtaining gear. That’s part of the journey.
When XP is heavily nerfed, we’re turning leveling dungeons into gear farms and one-time quest checklists instead of rewarding repeatable group content.
Nobody is asking for dungeons to replace questing. We’re asking for our time and effort to be rewarded.
Stop applying endgame logic to the leveling experience.
Bring back meaningful dungeon XP. Reward the entire journey, not just the loot. ⚔️

Day 21 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP.
Imagine creating NEW dungeons for WoW Forever, only to give players almost no reason to run them more than once. 💀😂
Dungeons are REPEATABLE content. They’re designed to keep players grouping up, not become a checklist you complete and abandon.
But when quests and gear are the only meaningful rewards, what happens once those are gone?
Fewer repeat runs. Fewer tanks and healers. Longer group searches. Eventually, dead dungeon content.
And as the server progresses, this problem only gets worse for newer players trying to find groups.
A dungeon’s value shouldn’t disappear after your first clear.
We’re not asking for dungeon spam to become the fastest leveling method. We’re asking for a reason to keep playing content the developers worked hard to create.
Bring back meaningful dungeon XP. Reward replayability, not just the first clear. 😤
@ClaytonStone @AggrendWoW @QuestTheLine
Day 20 of asking the devs to fix dungeon XP.
Imagine designing an MMO where running dungeons with other players is considered a problem. 💀😂
20 days later, and we’re still asking the same question:
Why does encouraging open-world exploration require making dungeons less rewarding?
Questing and dungeons have coexisted for 20+ years. Players should be able to enjoy BOTH without feeling like they’re wasting their time.
Nobody is asking to eliminate questing or make dungeon spamming the fastest leveling method.
We’re asking for balance, replayability, and meaningful rewards for group content.
Revert dungeon XP or find a reasonable middle ground. Let players choose how they experience their journey. 🫡
