AIDAN KEARNEY VIOLATES IMPOUNDMENT ORDER IN CRIMINAL CASE During the course of his criminal case @DoctorTurtleboy was given Jen McCabe's full phone extraction under an order of IMPOUNDMENT. This impoundment order means neither Kearney nor anyone on his legal team may reveal the contents of the extraction to the public. For the past three days in a row, while crowd sourcing answers to his interrogatories in the defamation case, Kearney has read parts of her extraction live to his audience. Think about that. Kearney is charged with felony witness intimidation for harassing Jen McCabe and other witnesses, he is given the full contents of her phone under impoundment, and he is violating a court order and her privacy by reading the extraction to the public. He is also using it to taint the public opinion of the witnesses in both the criminal and civil defamation case by presenting their communications in a skewed light. My question to the Norfolk County DAs office is WHEN are you going to protect witnesses? WHAT good is a court order when people like Aidan Kearney are given carte blanche to use protected discovery smear and harass witnesses with impounded discovery material? @djunaperkins as incoming DA what are your thoughts on this? In my opinion, Aidan Kearney should face the strongest sanctions available for recklessly defying a court order intended to protect the very people he is accused of victimizing. I would suggest to @BradlLawPC and @Bederowlaw you prepare your client for the consequences of his actions. Below is a video with snippets from the past three days with Kearney violating the impoundment order.

TBH I think impatiently waiting an eternity for a day that will never come is the PERFECT punishment for the people who helped thwart justice for John O’Keefe.

I agree that no one should be embarrassed to reconsider their position. John's phone places him in the SUV, arriving at the flagpole, at 12:24:38. It shows no movement until 12:31:56. It then records 20 seconds of movement before stopping at 12:32:16, the same time Karen's SUV reverses 74.5% throttle up to 24 mph. The phone data shows he never entered the home or garage. You can also see the taillight damage with your own eyes in the 8:30 a.m. wellness check video: the red lens is missing. Barros also described a "large chunk missing" in Deighton. I understand questioning witness credibility, but should the noise, allegations and rabbit holes surrounding witnesses overshadow the objective digital and physical evidence? The defense wanted you looking everywhere except at the central evidence. Zoom out far enough, introduce enough controversy and speculation, and people begin mistaking all that noise for reasonable doubt. But when you zoom in the phone data and vehicle data recorded events before law enforcement arrived and before witnesses became part of the investigation. That evidence doesn't become irrelevant because people have questions about the witnesses. Look at the timeline. Look at the data. Look at the physical evidence. Then explain how does your interpretation explain all of it? You cannot evaluate a case by scrutinizing every witness statement while ignoring evidence that exists independently of those witnesses and law enforcement. John O'Keefe deserves more than to be lost in a sea of speculation, accusations and courtroom theatrics. He deserves the truth. He deserves to have the evidence examined honestly, and he deserves to be remembered as more than a name at the centre of a courtroom battle. The truth honors John.

A huge thank you to @TuesdayGazette and @TeamFUKR for accomplishing more in the past few weeks than we've managed in the past four years. They've done two things exceptionally well. First, they've exposed just how little the most prominent FKR content creators really know and understand about the actual evidence in the John O'Keefe murder case. If you strip away the bogus conspiracy theories, selective omissions, and misinformation, their narratives collapse under the slightest bit of scrutiny. Second, and more importantly, they've finally put the digital evidence front and center. The GPS, steps, movement, vehicle Techstream data, and phone battery temperature data tell a consistent story: John remained outside 34 Fairview seconds after Karen drunkenly and recklessly reversed her vehicle at 24 mph and 74% throttle. The evidence shows that John NEVER entered 34 Fairview Street. And let's address one of the biggest straw-man arguments in this case: that John's injuries were inconsistent with a pedestrian strike. Nobody is arguing that John was struck head-on by Karen. The data and John's injuries show Karen Read's SUV clipped him from behind, off his center of mass, causing him to spin counterclockwise, lose his balance, and fall backwards. His catastrophic head injury resulted from secondary blunt-force trauma when his head struck the frozen ground, with hypothermia due to prolonged exposure to freezing temperatures contributing to his death. An off-center, glancing impact can produce an entirely different injury pattern from a conventional frontal pedestrian collision. Comparing the two as though they're identical is intellectually dishonest. Tuesday and Truth finally brought the conversation back to what matters most: the evidence, the data, the science, and justice for John O'Keefe. The data doesn't lie. People do.

I am so tired of hearing 'John didn't get hit by a car'. First - there is not ONE person who said John didn't get hit by a car. NOT ONE. What was said by a paid defense expert was that his injuries were not consistent with a car/pedestrian collision. But let me break down the physics: A broken elbow or arm is not required, even if the taillight was broken. The argument based on Newton’s 3rd law is being misunderstood. The effect of the force depends on mass, according to: F = m * a → a = F / m Because the car has far greater mass than a person, the same force produces very little acceleration in the car but can significantly accelerate the person’s body. That acceleration can be enough to knock someone off balance (and out of their shoes) without breaking a bone. If the impact occurs at the elbow (away from the body’s center of mass), it can also create rotation: torque = r * F This means the force can cause the body to spin or twist, sending energy into motion rather than into crushing the arm. The arm is not fixed in place—it can move, bend, and absorb energy through joints and muscles, which reduces the likelihood of fracture. This is exactly what Randy showed us when ARCCA did their testing. Injury also depends on how long the force is applied: Impulse = F * delta t where delta t is change in time. A short, glancing impact (small delta t) can transfer enough momentum to destabilize the person while still not applying force long enough, or in the right way, to break bone. Additionally, the taillight and the human arm fail differently. Taillights are made of brittle plastic and can crack under a localized, sharp impact. The human arm is more flexible and can dissipate energy through movement. So it is entirely possible for a taillight to break while the arm does not. Most importantly, the energy from the impact does not have to stay in the arm. (translation and rotation). That means the energy goes into momentum of the body. A significant portion of that energy can be transferred into the motion of the whole body, not into damaging the arm itself. As a result, the person can be thrown off balance or rotated, leading to a fall. This is what Dr. Wolf (neurosurgeon) described as the injuries to John's head were caused by a significant force. When the body then strikes the ground, that motion results in a second force: F = change in momentum / change in time If the head stops suddenly upon impact with the ground, the time of deceleration is very small, which creates a large force on the head, even though the original contact was at the elbow. If most of the energy had instead remained concentrated in the arm, you would expect more severe arm injuries. But when the energy is transferred into whole-body motion, the arm can avoid major injury while the fall becomes the damaging event. A physically consistent sequence is: elbow contacts taillight → localized stress breaks taillight → energy transfers into body motion (linear + rotational) → loss of balance → shoe dislodges → fall → back of head strikes ground or object The fatal injury can occur from the secondary impact, not the initial contact. The irony is that Randy showed us this exactly. If John's body had remained static - the injuries to his arm would have been significant. Instead, that energy was transferred to rotation and motion so there was a significant force that when landing on the hard pavement created a fatal INJURY to his head. John did have injuries. A fatal injury. You all seem to forget that one.

Former AUSA @DARollins, who resigned in disgrace, attended an event for a man currently facing multiple felony counts of witness intimidation in the John O'Keefe murder case. He went to their homes, their businesses, and children's events and relentlessly harassed them. He encouraged his followers to do the same. She posed with a woman who was wearing a tshirt displaying the face of Jen McCabe, one of the witnesses he brutally harassed. This woman lacks even the basic amount of decency.

🎃HALLOWEEN FUNDRAISER🎃 @NonExpertWitnes @Andieldufrense @TeamFUKR are hosting and raising money for Jen McCabe, Brian Albert, Brian Higgins, and Colin Albert’s legal fund. They are fighting back in court, suing Aidan Kearney and Karen Read for defamation and civil conspiracy. Taking on a legal battle like this is incredibly expensive, and they need our help. Please donate to the Witnesses’ Legal Fund to help them continue this fight and seek accountability. Every donation helps, no matter the amount. And if you can’t donate, please share. Getting the word out matters, too. It’s time to stand behind the witnesses who have endured years of harassment and help them fight back. Link to donate: defendingthetruth.org Venmo: @Testify2490

Imagine this: you legally own a gun. It's your 2nd Amendment right. You go out on your porch and start wildly shooting it in the air. You damage your neighbor's home and another neighbor calls the police. You are arrested and charged with criminal recklessness. You have to hire a lawyer and it's expensive. Then, your neighbor sues you for the damage you caused to their home. You have to hire a lawyer and it's expensive. You end up going to prison for 6 months and are fined $10,000. Your neighbor wins six figures from you for the damage you caused to their property. No one violated your 2nd Amendment rights. You're just a dumbass. It's the same thing with Aidan's mouth. The First Amendment doesn't give you free rein to harass, intimidate, and defame. Stop conflating.
It’s comical watching YouTube grifters like Melanie Little, @BrotherCounsel @melrevision @reblavoie @DropMicrodots and so many others churn out videos and livestreams portraying Aidan “Turtleboy” Kearney as some kind of First Amendment martyr. Let’s be VERY clear: The First Amendment is NOT a license to intimidate, threaten, or harass state and federal witnesses. This was NEVER about reporting on a case, asking questions, or expressing opinions. Kearney is systematically targeting WITNESSES and their families. Telling people to “tell the truth” and the harassment would stop. Warning them they would never be able to go out in public again. Dragging their children and loved ones into an alleged campaign of intimidation. Massachusetts has a witness intimidation law for a reason. It’s a law designed to protect the integrity of our justice system and the people who participate in it. It is astonishing watching people who should know better attempt to repackage Kearney as some noble fighter for freedom of speech. I hope These YouTube personalities understand how foolish they’re going to look when his trial begins and the public gets to SEE and HEAR the evidence of what these witnesses and their families endured. You can scream “FIRST AMENDMENT” into a microphone a thousand times. It doesn’t magically turn unlawful WITNESS intimidation into protected speech. Freedom of speech is not freedom from accountability.

Karen Read’s fabricated ‘third-party culprits’ include two men and a then-17-year-old— all of whom have been cleared by the FBI, the world’s most powerful law enforcement agency. Here are Brian Higgins’ and Brian Albert’s lawyers informing the court of that fact. And of course, we all know that then-17-year-old Colin Albert wasn’t even at the home when John O’Keefe arrived with Karen Read. In fact, the defense didn’t even mention Colin in their closing arguments during the last trial. But perhaps the most important fact of all is that John O’Keefe never set foot inside 34 Fairview.

Dear FKR Cult Members. If the bumper sticks out far enough to cause lower body injuries to John O'Keefe. Then it would stick out too far to allow for the taillight to break in John's driveway. Either way, your BS story has massive holes that can't be filled with dog drool.
