I was singing with Bechgyn Bro Tâf in a concert, just about to start our first song when the church erupted...
@Daniel_ThomasG Correction required, your newsletter has misidentified a respectable security site as an attacker of the Internet Archive

Alternatively, obviously start recording then and add commentary about how rude they are and how your going to upload this to YouTube for all your viewers.

Find the most obnoxious and offensive song, set your phone on its loudest setting and play it on repeat. Make sure you sit close to each one in turn for bonus points.

I was gutted when they stopped running the breakfast Swansea to London service. Perfect way to spend the time en route.

Have a look at the ISTUMBLE app which walks you through some of the key checks our falls teams make before getting someone up. Dedicated falls teams save so many paramedic ambulance hours

Hey Aled, hope you're well mate! Do you document these? Would love to see what you have and start something similar to share in return.

A great @cpdme webinar this evening with @DrMikeFarquhar on “why we (still) need to talk about fatigue”. Maybe it's a good time to re-plug these posters, produced by @EastEnglandAmb based (with permission) on @Assoc_Anaes #fighttfatigue resources.

I have many questions (and apples). 1. That's one hell of an apple press! What's the deal? Did you buy it? 2. Is pasteurizing easy at home?

I can't stress enough how much mutual respect and psychological safety leads to a happy and productive environment.

I make a lot of use of focus time automatically booked by 365. My colleagues know that work that needs deep focus is important and do their best not to interrupt me (and Teams marks me as do not disturb in that time). I do the same in return.

Absolutely 100%. I trust my colleagues and their judgement. I occasionally book private meetings but they're rare.
So incredibly proud of the team that have put hundreds of hours of hard work into helping make this event so successful. Months of planning, weeks of prep and volunteers and staff all working together today for the benefit of those who needed us most. Amazing job everyone!
Our teams are ready at the @CardiffHalf. Give us a wave if you see us. And don't forget to tag us in your photo's @sjacymru.
Good luck everyone!
