As tech pivots back to building, one of the things I hope happens is a shift from product managers who focus solely on metrics to PMs that are creative and customer centric. Moreover, I hope more designers and researchers move into product management roles.

This video of Top Chef Houston where they worked with Nigerian swallow is so cool. I personally love the idea that once your culture goes mainstream you have no control of how it is evolved and combined. We'll always be the original but remixes are fun too

Add also the disconnect between managements desire for creative solutions inversely opposed to accepting creative solutions. No risks. No desire to even create an environment or platforms where risks can be taken relatively safely.
