That's rather alarming - thanks for the information. Hopefully they get things under control soon, but the whole situation is very concerning when the extent of the compromise is as of yet unknown and still continuing.
We also noticed this and reported it via ticket to them, but they just closed it and said they are investigating internally. Concerning since the headers indicate a compromised internal account there.

I completely agree. There haven't been enough improvements over the last year to warrant yet another dramatic price increase, and the price instability make it almost impossible to run a business using their software long-term. Customers will not tolerate yearly price increases.

Your price hike last year was huge and honestly a big slap in the face, but we stuck by you because we love your product. To raise the prices on us again so quickly, and to also suggest they may increase again the year after? You make it almost impossible to do business with you.

Following cPanel's unexpected announcement of further price increases in early 2021, we will be reviewing our options internally to determine how best to move forward. We are as frustrated and disappointed as you.

Our website and UK servers are presently inaccessible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and are working with our D/C provider to rectify this.

As a smaller provider we've recently started marketing for the first time, and had a new site developed so that everything integrates properly. The green asterisk may be back in the future! :D
Same company, same team, just a fresh new look. Please let us know if you run into any issues or glitches with the new site! :D

Thank you for that. Just a small note to say that Litespeed users need to run the following on cPanel: cat /etc/apache2/conf.d/modsec_vendor_configs/imunify360_full_litespeed/VERSION

How do we check which version of rulesets we are running?

Appreciate the update - thank you, but can you please elaborate on what sort of "issue" this is? I know ETA's are difficult if not impossible to provide, but is this an issue that can be resolved swiftly or do we need to start planning for several hours (or more) of downtime?

We appear to be experiencing some network issues at our UK datacenter. We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause, and are currently investigating! Our apologies.

We have been made aware of an issue with a recent update to Litespeed Web Server that has been causing a high number of unnecessary Imunify 360 CAPTCHA redirects triggered by a false positive. If you were seeing this on yours and our site(s), this should now be resolved.

cPanel have released updates to address CVE-2019-15846 - a very serious root level flaw in Exim. All of our servers are now updated, but be sure to update yours ASAP!
