I will go mailbox for mailbox with you right now.
Jk
Yeah, fully aware of that you’re incentivized to sell more in boxes so technically speaking what I’m saying would go against what you would profit from.
But based on the data that I’ve seen and the limits that are publicly available on Google. This should be a perfectly viable option.
The issue within Cold email is that generally speaking the “gurus” That push cold email to the masses previously. Were either ill informed, or not the sharpest crayons in the box.
And then that trickle down to just being a standard today.
I’m asking if anybody actually has tried this because what we do is already against the status quo. And it works phenomenally for us.
Nobody else has ever said send 50 warm-up emails and 5 in the campaign. Too expensive.
There was a cost constraint. At three dollars an inbox the only people consistently winning are the resellers generally speaking*.
So the only option was to figure out a different way to get volume at scale, previously.
I own Google infrastructure you’ve never heard of.
But honestly, if you look at the fundamental logic of cold email, and how spam complaints work. You need to dilute the amount of spam complaints each mailbox gets, you send more warm-up emails to do that. We do a 90% warm-up to 10% cold rule of thumb and I burn through less than 1% of our infrastructure a month.

Every ESP has their own formula for regulating spam. And it’s specific to that ESP.
Google monitors the spam complaints on Google.
Microsoft monitors the spam complaints on Microsoft.
It takes 3/1000 emails on Google to get marked as spam for the domain to essentially get blacklisted.
So why the fuck would you send all of your volume on your email accounts to one ESP?
Diversify. 500 to Google, 500 to Microsoft, etc for example.
The odds of getting blacklisted are cut in half.
Keep in mind each ESP monitors the blacklist. So the second that Google Microsoft blacklist your domain you’re fucked everywhere.
Email deliverability is all about DILUTING THE SPAM RATE, AND DIVERSIFYING SENDS.
Fundamentals 101 that are not talked about enough tbh.
Thx for coming to my ted talk

I’m convinced 90% of a founder's job is to just do 3 things:
- be delusional in your optimism
- push everyone to move faster
- make it crystal clear what to work on

Yes agreed.
If token expense was not a constraint, everyone would pick fable.

This is concerning. For the first time, a Chinese model Kimi K3 has taken #1 on the Frontend Code Arena and is scoring at or near the frontier on other benchmarks.
Meanwhile America is tying itself in knots: politicians and bureaucrats are banning new data centers, piling on state regulations, and pushing for new federal agencies to pre-approve frontier models.
This is how you lose the AI race. The rest of the world won’t play by our rules if we bog ourselves down. Permissionless innovation is how America won the internet and became the technological envy of the world. We can do it again with AI -- while addressing risks in a targeted way -- or we’ll watch our lead evaporate.
Big news: Kimi-K3 by @Kimi_Moonshot is now #1 in the Frontend Code Arena with 1679 pts, surpassing Claude Fable 5.
This is a 17-place jump from Kimi-k2.6 (#18 -> #1).
In Frontend, Kimi-K3 ranked #1 in 6 of 7 domains: Brand & Marketing, Reference-Based Design, Data & Analytics, Consumer Product, Simulations, and Content Creation Tools, landing #2 only in Gaming behind Fable 5.
The full model weights will be released by July 27.
Congrats to the @Kimi_Moonshot team on this major milestone!

Just vibe code slop and get it into production. Go as fast as you can. Later models will make the architecture beautiful in 6 months. That's not your job, human.

If you are raising capital, then ask Claude the following...
"Here is my deck, how can I explain this to an investor, as if he is 7 years old"
Most Investors will never say "I dont understand this" you will just never hear from them again.
They would rather look good and lose, rather than look bad and win.
Hence the whole media first bullshit

We’ve received notice that the Department of Commerce has lifted export controls on Claude Fable 5 and Mythos 5.
We'll begin restoring access tomorrow, and will share an update soon.
We’re grateful to our users for their patience, and to everyone who worked with us on redeploying the models.

The biggest money-making opportunity in AI isn’t in tech.
It’s in entertainment.
In the next few years, we’ll see a billion-dollar franchise , the next Game of Thrones, Demon Slayer, or Attack on Titan created by a writer and a team of 10 to 20 people.
Imagine the billions generated by Game of Thrones, but split between 10 people instead of thousands. All the rights and royalties going to a single studio/publishing house.
Seedance is only two or three evolutions away from making this possible for small teams.
You don’t want to build the next Cursor, Harvey, or Salesforce.
You want to build the next Disney, Pixar, Marvel, or MAPPA.
