That part always gets misconstrued. When Michael was a child, he would share a bed with unrelated adults. He shared it with his lawyers, accountants, teacher, bodyguard etc. Bedrooms weren't something intimate to him & it was instilled in him that they were just another place to congregate. They were also never just with children, but literally anybody. EVERYONE (staff included) always had access to the rooms & he never invited anyone to his bed. No one is saying that this is normal behavior, it simply requires common sense to consider the context.
