Pendant ce temps, certains pays africains achètent des trains d’occasion datant parfois de plusieurs décennies au Vietnam ou en Chine. Est-ce un manque de volonté de coopération ou un refus de transfert de technologie vers l’Afrique de la part de la France ? 🌍
