IMHO, this is basically the essense of Loop Engineering, people are hyping these days, skcd42 got it spot on a long time ago.
Now that Grok 4.5 is out, here are some of my workflows which I use daily 1. "use as many subagents and tokens as you need" I end my prompts with the above to tell grok to spin up multiple subagents at the same time to divide and conquer on a hard problem. Grok is smart enough to realize when a subagent needs its own worktree and if it should inherit context from the main agent.

Nashville’s celebration of America’s 250th birthday broke records with the largest Fireworks and Drone Show in the city’s history. 1,000 drones lit up the sky at a height of 600 feet, accompanied by a live performance of the Nashville Symphony. Music City’s fireworks display featured 12-inch shells for the first time—the largest ever launched in the city. They’re 3x larger in volume and weight than the 8-inch shells used in previous years, and weigh ~20 pounds each. The shells reach ~1,200 feet in the air before bursting into a display spanning ~1,000 feet across. 8 pyrotechnicians were staged in a steel bunker located in the middle of the show firing the shells in order to synchronize them to the Nashville Symphony performance. 40,000 pounds of explosives and 200 miles of wire were used in the show, per The Tennessee Tribune, with the show’s 2-minute finale ranking among the most powerful in the country.

Characteristics to excel 👍👍👍
When I interview candidates, I always ask about their willingness to work in the factory. One said he was a researcher, not a factory worker, so I asked how he measured part-to-part variance for a part on his resume. He could not explain. All he had done was training without considering the data distribution from different manufacturing processes. In our realm, you do whatever it takes to understand a problem. If it involves chemistry, you learn chemistry. If it involves aerodynamics, you learn aerodynamics. There is nothing you cannot learn or do. Thus, the distinction between research and engineering is extremely blurred.
