I can only hope Sergei Bobrovsky is the golden ticket to John ChAIyka's firing.
You can't keep a GM who made that move and also had goalless Raddysh as his other signature move.

There are only 3 teams in the East with a lower points % than the Leafs.
Pittsburgh
Columbus
Philadelphia
Need a lot of wins on this homestand vs. stiffer competition.

Never should’ve been banned in the first place
The Court of Arbitration for Sport has ruled that Russia must be allowed to compete again in International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) events immediately.
This includes the country returning to the 2027 World Juniors in Edmonton in just 57 days.
In a statement, the IIHF says it "expresses its disappointment with the decision."

Not a chance Kucherov comes to Canada to pay 53% tax.
Not after all that time in Florida
We’re 15 games in at this point.
The #Leafs are in the bottom of the Atlantic. Sub .500 team.
Bobrovsky’s career is being propped up by an ill-advised contract crafted by Chayka.
Bob is surfing on name recognition alone—not many other goalies would get the leash he’s had. The guy who used to bring Mike Babcock his coffee doesn’t have the authority to bench him. The only player Hiller can push around is the McKenna kid.

My GREAT friend John Tortorella continues to be unemployed in the National Hockey League, after literally leading the Glorious Golden Knights to the Stanley Cup Finals last season. The NHL is filled with pathetic coaches, like joker Jeff Blashill, sloppy Sheldon Keefe, and the ridiculous Ricks. These Total Lightweight Losers cannot tie John's skatelaces, and have no business Coaching in our GREAT league while their Total Superior is unemployed. A TOTAL WINNER, with one of the STRONGEST resumes in the History of Hockey, along with a very nice Temperament. John understands how to deal with the FAKE NEWS hockey media better than anyone other than your favorite NHL President. He has my COMPLETE and TOTAL Endorsement! Thank you for your attention to this MATTER! NHL President DJT

According to Toronto police data, there have been 112 home invasions in 2026, representing a 47.4 per cent increase compared to the same period last year. thestar.com/news/gta/home-in…
Dylan Larkin’s return to Detroit will make Mitch Marner’s Toronto return seem like a Pleasure Cruise.
The Red Wings have somehow transformed from a dominant dynasty to total side show circus act in under two decades.
The amount of drama Dylan Larkin has managed to stir up in just one year is actually impressive 💀

More bad optics for Jim Hiller.
The guy who used to bring Mike Babcock his coffee cost us at least a point last night by not pulling Bobrovsky after the 4th goal.
Truth is he doesn’t have the juice as a coach to bench a guy like Bobrovsky. Bob probably told him “no.”

Interesting to see the differences between the #SeaKraken and #Leafs benches during the timeouts towards the end of the game here.
So many salty comments by Ottawa Senators fans.
It seems the Tkachuk Boys are intensely disliked by Canadian fans, and it’s easy to understand when you think about it:
The Tkachuks represent the old school, junkyard dog roles that, traditionally, were filled by Canadians.
If Rock ‘Em Sock ‘Em Hockey videos were still a thing, they’d be filled with footage of Matthew and Brady. They both like to hit, fight, and score…and they’re Americans.
That’s what Canadians can’t take, and it all started in the Fraudulent 4 Nations tournament, when the Yanks jumped the Canucks in their first match, beating a bunch of them up in route to a victory. Although Canada won the tournament, they lost to USA at the following Olympics, which really lit the fuse on this situation.
That’s two Canadian losses to the USA in the last three games, and the Tkachuks are a constant reminder.
They both left Canadian teams for the USA, and they both beat Canada for the USA.
Canadians were already insecure due to Trump letting them know the economic free ride was just about over, and the Olympic loss sent them over the edge.
That’s what this is all about, fundamentally.
The most affected by the trauma just happens to be Ottawa Senators fans, because Brady got the hell away from that garbage dump after claiming Olympic Gold.
Canadians were the ones who booed his national anthem. Canadians chose to re-elect a criminal regime that trounced his liberties and stole his money while he was there. Brady doesn’t have to deal with that clown show stuff in Florida.
As you can see in the comments of the quoted tweet, delusional Canadians will try to lower their cognitive dissonance by gaslighting attempts, claiming Brady Tkachuk was…not good? The guy scored between 30-40 goals and led the league in hits. He’s a goddamn machine.
The hate for Brady Tkachuk is nothing more than envy in disguise. He’s the big, alpha male power forward that Canadians secretly wish was one of their own, but he’s not. It drives them insane that the player who kinda reminds them of Lindros is an American with a Gold Medal. Absolutely insane.
The negativity surrounding Tkachuk is nothing more than Canadian Small Dick Syndrome. All that anger produced by a failing economy and a failing hockey development program simply gets directed at Tkachuk—all because he’s a champion who didn’t want to play for the Blue Jackets of Canada.
Hope this helps.
#Leafs notes:
-Seattle vs Toronto, liberal douche bag cities
-Bobrovsky is too old
-McKenna good
-Bobrovsky can no longer play the game
-they have tampons in the men’s restrooms in the Seattle airport (seriously)
-Bobrovsky is a problem
-winner of game gets gay pride parade and Palestine flag (Seattle)
Bobrovsky again.a very stoppable shot.
We lost that game because of goaltending.

When was the last time you saw a goalie get beaten as cleanly as Bobrovsky? I’ll tell you: it was Matt Murray.
Yikes.
