Nasturtiums in November in Uxbridge, Ontario are quite a surprise! The first frost almost wiped them out. One of the few edible flowers, that we grow, with a well pronounced flavour.

It is only after cannabis became recreationally legal in Canada that I was able to successfully quit smoking cigarettes. At the time I was a 2 pack/day smoker along with cannabis. Cannabis treated withdrawal while also meeting the oral habit needs. It’s been 5 years.
