The ACLU of Oregon has filed a complaint with DHS over the video that shows an ICE agent stabbing the tires of a couple car in Hillsboro, Oregon on October 7. According to the complaint, the couple was filming agents in a grocery store, parking lot and alerting shoppers to ICE‘S presence.
