Hanafi maddhab (which is dominant around Bosniak muslims) states that race mixing is prohibited. God created different nations and peoples so that they could meet with each other (49:13), not collide into one single entity. By race mixing you are going against God's order.

Inter-ethnic marriage usually works out the best, but if you are Muslim, you shouls prefer that Bosnian women marry a Muslim pakistani or turkish or arab, than a non-muslim Bosnian (same for the other gender). You can't put ethnicity above faith, sorry.
