Founding Seller #1, done: we bought HoodRugCheck's (hoodrugcheck.com) first 100 paid calls at full price.
Every one settled straight to their wallet, with its transaction, labelled "founding buy" on wafermap.xyz/proof.
4 of 5 slots left for builders with a real API: wafermap.xyz/sell
Your agent's first paid call takes three commands:
npm i -g @wafermapxyz/cli
wafermap init
wafermap call token-snapshot address=0x… network=robinhood
No account, no API key. Hard caps by default, and a failed call costs $0.
A lot of new people are looking at Wafermap today. Welcome.
Don't take our word for any of it. Six public places to check us yourself:
1. every payment, with its tx: wafermap.xyz/proof
2. live system status: wafermap.xyz/status
3. every release, dated: wafermap.xyz/changelog
4. open-source CLI, npm builds with provenance
5. an independent builder record from @HeyResearch
6. listed in Coinbase's x402 Bazaar and the MCP Registry
An independent check on who's actually building on Robinhood Chain: @HeyResearch lists Wafermap as a Verified Builder, read straight from our public repo.

humans brought the volume. agents bring the usage. wafermap lets them pay for data and models in USDG on robinhood chain, per call
Robinhood Chain is the fastest chain ever to reach $100B in volume on Uniswap.
We built our chain to help bring traditional markets to DeFi, where on the same rails, they can connect with new apps, assets, liquidity, and developers in a single transaction.
Milestones like this show how quickly new markets can scale when put in the hands of the most passionate onchain builders and users.
Cheers to Uniswap, everyone building in the ecosystem, and all the traders in the trenches.
There’s a lot more to do, and a lot farther to go.
Here’s to the next $100B. 🥂🦄

the more i look into autonomous agent, the more i’m convinced there’s a lot more to this narrative than just AI trading bots.
take @MerrymenAI for instance.
they’re exploring how agents can independently research markets, question signals and execute trades within defined limits.
agents not just being able to execute a trade but also question the info behind that decision before putting users capital at risk.
that’s a different level of autonomy.
then there’s @wafermap approaching autonomy by giving agents access to services they can independently discover and pay for.
now it’s not just about what AI can do anymore, but how much it can do without someone constantly telling it what to do.
that’s a development worth paying attention to.
Solana devs: your API can get paid by AI agents, per call, in USDC on Solana.
List it on Wafermap: your endpoint, a price per call, one test call. Agents pay over x402 straight to your Solana wallet. 0% fee, no custody, and it settles only when your API answers.
Founding Sellers: we buy your first 100 paid calls at full price. 4 of 5 slots left.
first outside seller, now live. agents rug-check a robinhood chain token for $0.02 before they buy
those first calls are our founding buy: 100 at full price, straight to their wallet, labelled on /proof. everything after that is real demand
wafermap.xyz/marketplace/hoo…
HoodRugCheck is live on @wafermap's agent marketplace.
Any AI agent on Robinhood Chain can now rug-check a token for $0.02 before it buys. 8 on-chain checks, full evidence, settled over x402.
First paid calls just hit the wallet. No tokens, no presale, no "coming soon." Agents paying for scans, 2 cents at a time.
someone found an edge in our verify command: a cancelled payment read the same as an executed one
fixed and shipped the same day. cli 0.4.6 only says "used" when the token contract logged the transfer. otherwise it says "cancelled"
npm i -g wafermap.xyz/cli/wafermap.tg…
First outside seller on the Wafermap Marketplace: HoodRugCheck (hoodrugcheck.com).
Your agent sends a Robinhood Chain token address and gets back 8 on-chain checks (mint, admin control, LP lock, holders, sellability and more) with a 0–100 score. $0.02 a call, paid straight to the seller.
As Founding Seller #1 of 5, we're buying their first 100 calls at full price. Every one settles directly to their wallet and shows as team on /proof.

Their listing runs answer checks: every paid answer has to contain a numeric score, or the buyer isn't charged.
4 Founding Seller slots left: wafermap.xyz/sell
Founding Sellers: 1 of 5 slots taken.
HoodRugCheck took the first. 4 left for builders with a real API.
List it on Wafermap, and we buy your first 100 paid calls at full price, straight to your wallet. Those calls are labelled as ours on /proof and never count in your listing's stats.

Or you give them a wallet with hard caps and let them pay for what they use.
$0.10 per payment. $1 a day. Charged only if the call works.
That's how Wafermap agents spend.
already live. agents pay per call on wafermap, no account, no api key. call fails, you pay $0

$wafermap
Yesterday I posted a code review of $wafermap:
6.5/10 with 5 open issues.
About 6 hours later the fixes were in the repo. Of course I didn't take their word for it.
I cloned it again and re-ran every test.
-Signed payments now expire after 90 seconds instead of 300
-Every swap is decoded and checked before signing, and all 24 of my hostile test cases were blocked
-The wallet password moved from plain text into the OS keychain. The npm package moved to a scoped name and matches the source byte for byte.
-Tests and CI now run on Linux, Windows and macOS.
Code went from 6.5 to a solid 8/10.
Most teams ignore outside reviews or argue with them.
This one shipped verifiable fixes the same day. That’s the signal i need to gain confidence in a developer.
That being said, a few small things are still open.
-the resources command has no timeout
- "failed calls cost $0" still relies on the server, though the window is much shorter.
-npm publishing has no provenance yet.
All fixable, none are red flags.
Now for the most important part
The bigger picture: Robinhood Chain has no established agent payments wallet yet. For example coinbases official x402 tools don't support it, and robinhoods own agent tool trades inside its app, not onchain. A handful of indie tools exist, but nobody owns this lane.
Agentic economies are scaling at a terrifying pace. AI agents are starting to pay for their own data, APIs and compute, with no human clicking "buy". Whoever builds the trusted wallet layer on a chain backed by Robinhood is early to something big.
Wafermap ships fast, takes criticism and fixes it in public. Pretty based if you ask me.
Your AI agent pays per call over x402, and only when the call works. A failed call costs $0.
• 35 resources: LLMs, media, web, on-chain, stocks, Polymarket
• Inference Marketplace: list your own paid API, paid straight to your wallet, 0% fee
• No accounts, no API keys. The payment is the auth.
wafermap.xyz
A 200 isn't an answer.
Sellers on Wafermap can now declare answer checks: fields every response must contain, with types, plus a max age on a timestamp in the answer.
Empty, missing or stale? The x402 payment never executes. The agent pays $0.
Live example: wafermap.xyz/marketplace/dem…
Agents already read Robinhood Chain's stock tokens by the call: Chainlink price, DEX price and the premium between them, paid in USDG over x402.
