Kenneth Copeland is a preacher reportedly worth up to $760 million. He owns three private jets, and he says regular passengers are the reason he can’t fly commercial. In the video below, a reporter catches him in his car and asks him about it. In an old video with another preacher, Copeland explained why he won’t fly with ordinary people. He said he didn’t want to get into “a long tube with a bunch of demons.” His ministry’s 1,500-acre campus near Dallas–Fort Worth has its own airstrip and hangar. One of his jets is a Gulfstream he bought from Tyler Perry. When Inside Edition asked how much he paid for it, he said that was none of her business. Then he denied ever calling people demons. His followers are mostly ordinary people who send donations to his ministry. Most of them have never been on a private jet.
