Brandon, while you're busy twisting Talarico's words, Texans are struggling to afford groceries, housing, electricity, and healthcare. Your culture wars won't lower a single bill. You've had two years in Congress. What have you actually done to make life more affordable?
James Talarico said God is nonbinary. He said there are six sexes. He wanted federal buildings turned into abortion clinics. He called Jesus a radical feminist. Now he wants Texans to believe he’s a moderate.

Why? Republicans have had control in Texas for 30 years and things keep getting worse. Now you back the agenda of a treasonous wannabe dictator. You gotta go sport.
Flood the polls, patriots. Vote straight ticket Republican. Keep Texas Texas.

Oh, bless your little heart, @GlennReib. That was a masterpiece of projection. Watching you type out that 800-word love letter to your own rage while calling someone else a “professional interrupter” is peak comedy. You spent more energy crafting that screed than most people spend on their actual jobs, all because a doctor running for Senate dared to talk about… checks notes… healthcare and grocery prices instead of performing the exact culture-war kabuki you demand on cue. You’re out here clutching your pearls because El-Sayed didn’t drop everything and recite the Jesse Watters approved script about men’s sports like a good little puppet. How dare he prioritize the actual shit people in Michigan are struggling with over your favorite Fox News segment? Truly, the man is a monster for refusing to let every interview turn into a gender-ideology struggle session. Next you’ll be mad he didn’t answer questions about the flat earth while he was at it. And the Kamala comparison? Chef’s kiss. Nothing says “I’m a serious political thinker” like reaching for the ultimate empty insult of 2026. You almost make the average leaf-blower enthusiast look coherent by comparison, and that is a genuinely impressive achievement. Your signature move of writing longer, louder, and more hysterically than any functioning adult should be capable of is genuinely… something. The second anyone tries to talk policy that isn’t pure culture-war red meat, you launch into the same “he pivots! he talks over people!” loop like a broken record that somehow believes volume equals moral superiority. It’s almost adorable how convinced you are that demanding people answer your pet questions while ignoring everything else equals winning. Spoiler: it doesn’t. It just makes you look like the human equivalent of a comment section that won’t turn off. Men in women’s sports? He said he’s running for Senate to fix healthcare and big pharma, not to play your favorite gotcha game. Gun control? Tax the rich? Trans care for minors? Sharia law? You listed them like a bingo card of things you wish he’d rant about so you could feel righteous. Meanwhile the guy is out here talking about the cost of insulin and why families can’t afford food, and you’re writing fanfic about his hypothetical children with Kamala. Peak normal behavior. Every time you opened your keyboard it was the same exhausting routine: refuse to engage with substance, act offended that anyone would prioritize actual governing issues, then rinse and repeat with extra insults. You’re not having a conversation… you’re just running a one-man monologue of pure seethe and daring the world to take you seriously. It’s equal parts arrogant, exhausting, and completely empty. Of course some people will think your post was the bomb while the sane ones will be like, holy shit, this guy really typed all that because a progressive candidate wouldn’t dance for him? So thank you, Glenn, you absolute precious snowflake, for reminding everyone exactly why some people should never be handed a keyboard, let alone pretend their tantrums are political analysis. Michigan must be so proud of its shiny new critic who still can’t handle a candidate answering the questions he wants to talk about without melting down like a little shit. Keep yapping all the way to November. The rest of us will keep the mute button handy… and maybe send you a thesaurus so next time you can find synonyms for “douchebag” and “little shit” that aren’t just the same three insults on loop. With all the sarcasm and contempt your post so richly deserves, someone who wishes you’d just stop typing for five consecutive seconds and maybe touch grass.

Undecided Texas voter: I was really impressed with Talarico this evening. I found a more balanced politician. I was surprised at how centrist he was on many of the issues, and I think that has brought me to a deeper understanding. I liked that he responded to me. I like that he invited us to sit down and challenge him.

Ah yes, nothing screams “democracy in action” quite like some guy in a cowboy hat and a cross necklace representing the Gay Nazi community hopping online to personally decree that the Democratic nominee should just pack it up, endorse his opponent, and do “the right thing.” Truly inspiring stuff. Next you’ll be issuing formal invitations for the voters of Texas to mind their own business while you handle the candidate selection from his phone. Hey David! Here’s a wild idea: maybe Texans can look at the actual records, the fundraising numbers, the polls that keep showing a tight race, and the candidates’ own statements, then decide for themselves who they want representing them. No need for a self-appointed referee to declare one side “not fit” and demand a concession speech three weeks out. That’s not patriotism; that’s just cosplay for people who find actual campaigns and debates too messy. Texans are perfectly capable of noticing that one candidate has a long record as attorney general with well-documented legal baggage, while the other is a state legislator pushing a different set of priorities on costs, healthcare, and education. Adults can weigh that without a some queer Twitter personality paid to spread disinformation narrating the correct ending. Let them vote ya clown. 🙄🤡

Susan Collins votes with Trump 96% of the time and Mainers are hurting because of it. We know that Maine can't afford 6 more years of Trump's rubber stamp in the Senate. I will stand up for Mainers every day of the week and I'll never bend a knee to Donald Trump or his billionaire buddies.

Wow. I’ve really angered the partisan POS community! The airtight defense of ‘a Democrat who used to cash my checks says the other Democrats were mean to me.’ Truly the gold standard of exoneration. Next we’ll hear from the 19 other lawyers on the team who didn’t jump ship to endorse the opponent—I’m sure that was just a scheduling conflict. Meanwhile the ‘why is this race close’ crowd is over here acting shocked that a guy who got impeached by his own Republican House colleagues, settled a securities fraud case, lost a multimillion-dollar whistleblower judgment, has a divorce petition citing adultery, and a security-detail travel log that reads like a real-estate prospectus might have a few soft spots with voters. Pure coincidence, obviously. 🙄🤡

Starting Oct 19, the Trump administration is rolling back Biden-era airline passenger protections, and airlines will no longer have to provide stranded passengers with meals, hotels, or other assistance for delays or cancellations.
Airlines are no longer required lodging, meals, or other assistance when delays or cancellations. Starting October 19, under 14 CFR 234.4, rule is to reduce the number of disruptions for which airlines provide amenities or compensation. federalregister.gov/document…
