The need to be understood by everyone, the inability to tolerate being misunderstood, the compulsion to have the last word, the urge to expose, correct or humble another person these can reveal a deep attachment to external validation and an ego that has not learned to sit comfortably without it

Iโ€™m reading this rather ominously and simultaneously, in two different ways that both agree and disagree with it. I agree with it in the sense that when I see how browbeaten men who have let their wives tyrannically seize authority in the household, in that I think if he was stricter and did not tolerate her disrespect, he would not be in such a situation. And I disagree with it in the sense I often see genuinely decent men trying their best going unappreciated for their efforts, being pecked, prodded and squawked at, whilst I see other men, who are much colder, immoral, unappreciative and arrogant and often even criminal adjacent if not outright criminally deviant, with an attractive, reverent well behaved woman who pours her heart out to him only to get mistreated by him. How do I resolve these disagreements? Simple. You get the wife you deserve in terms of dominance, but not in terms of morality. If you are a genuinely kind hearted man but youโ€™re too soft and lenient, your woman will mistreat you. If you are an absolutely horrible man, even abusive, but you maintain discipline, your woman will treat you much better. I am not advocating that men do this nor encouraging it - I am merely making a social observation about the two most common kinds of dynamics I see in romantic relationships. I actually think mistreatment of one person by the other is common in most relationships - that one party in their liberty taking familiarity seemingly takes it upon themselves to exploit the other - a perversion of what true love is meant to be, which is to outdo one another at giving whilst protecting each other from the bad intentions of others, and the very worst aspects of yourselves.

This is wild. Probably the most comprehensive peptide library Iโ€™ve seen to date. Worth a look for anyone interested in the space!!
We're thrilled to announce the Superpower Peptide Library. Every peptide, mapped to the body. 152 peptides, from approved drugs to compounds still in trials, sorted by where they act. Each one has its own page, reviewed by a physician and fully cited, covering: - the evidence and how strong it is - its FDA status - it's mechanism of action - what studies in humans have found Because not all peptides are equal. Semaglutide is FDA-approved. BPC-157, maybe the most talked-about peptide for recovery and repair, is not. In a 2025 review of its research, 35 of 36 studies were in animals or the lab. Know the science before you buy the hype. Check it out here: superpower.com/guides/peptidโ€ฆ

Easy, the short answer TikTok. The moment women viewed relationships as a transaction and made it about money instead of love. When you started taking relationship advice from prostitutes and Pinocchio girls thatโ€™s when yโ€™all completely lost the plot. When relationships became more about sex in exchange for money than building a partnership women lost. I saw exactly when women became a liability.
An entire generation of men now sees women as a liability rather than a life partner. How did we get to a point where love feels like a burden? ๐Ÿคฆ๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ

This one hit different. Sis in the green said: Stop nagging and start pouring into him. Sit on his lap, look him in the eyes, and actually tell him what you appreciate. Because appreciation builds a man up, while constant complaints slowly kill the energy. And then they hit the real talk: a lot of women want six figures, six feet, six pack, six inchesโ€ฆ plus the moon, the stars, and Saturn for good measure. Meanwhile most canโ€™t even secure one of those things consistently. Appreciation goes further than entitlement. Every single time. Men, whenโ€™s the last time your girl genuinely hyped you up for no reason? Women, be honest... are you watering him or just pointing out every little thing thatโ€™s wrong? Drop your truth below.

George Orwell was an English author who fought totalitarianism through his writing. His masterpiece, 1984, is a dystopian novel about Oceania, a terrifying superstate ruled by the surveillance-obsessed Big Brother. The story warns against government overreach, censorship, and the ultimate destruction of personal freedom and truth.
