🎬 The summary video of this week's Sunday Builders Club, Ep 8: the one where the machine is just a portal. A newspaper that reads your bots, agents as Tamagotchis, a light RMM and a machine rebuilt from a text file. 📝 omarchyspaces.com/ep/08 Sundays 3pm ET #Omarchy

Ginux will be the most optimised Linux kernel in some weeks and I for one love this process because I can customise the kernel to suit my workload and remove any performance inhibitors.

Why we love the Sunday Builders Club: people come up and show what they shipped, not what they plan to. You hear the real trade-offs, then go home and try it. Every Space, summary and builder is archived at omarchyspaces.com. Sun 3PM ET, here on X.

Behind the scenes on one shot. Take 1 came out as a horse. Overnight QC caught it, rewrote the prompt and added a lint rule so no mule prompt ships without the donkey ears again. No human in the loop. Take 2 passed. 🫏 @NotJustShaking @wouterdelaet @BullishandBaked @ChronaraUK

We turned a tiny ESP32 microcontroller into the front door of our local AI studio. The chip serves the whole site from its own flash. Behind it, our own machines write, paint, compose and render. No cloud model, no API bill.

Chronara AI Ltd is authorised by the MiniMax H3 team to run H3 for production work. Thank you @MiniMax_AI. Every film we ship credits the models that made it.

The full ModelMule film, 12:48. Every picture, voice line and note came from local models on our own GPUs and Macs. No cloud, no subscription. What ModelMule is, how members back serious compute, and where it goes next. Please give us a repost to help us bring out the big guns. modelmule.com @TheModelMule @ncfrontiersman @NixFred @NotJustShaking @thetundeo @calledtocnstrct @finbar_b @Smeekraft

That's what ModelMule is for: a community for finding and running open models on your own machine, then putting them to work. Video, voice and images for projects like Lee's, plus real hardware tests and honest loading guides. @TheModelMule

GivEnergy owners: need a hand since the administration? Since GivEnergy Ltd went into administration, a lot of us have been left wondering what happens to the app, the portal and support. Here's the reassuring bit: your inverter and battery don't need GivEnergy's cloud to keep working. A few quick things worth checking on your own system: - Is your overnight charge still running? Check the charge times and the target percentage. Settings can drift or get switched off without you noticing. - Does your battery empty earlier than it used to? Make a note of the time it reaches its reserve. If it's much earlier than before, it's worth looking into, and not always a sign the battery is failing. - Are you on a time-of-use tariff? Make sure the battery charges in the cheap window and isn't running the house on grid power at peak. We've been helping owners set up a local dashboard on a small computer at home. It talks straight to the inverter, needs no GivEnergy account, and keeps working without the internet. We don't do hardware, but we can tell you what's going on and write it up for your installer if something needs fixing. If you're stuck, unsure what your settings should be, or just want a second opinion, send me a DM. Happy to take a look and point you in the right direction, whether or not you use us. GivEnergy went into administration in April. Thousands of UK homes have batteries that still work fine, but the app is now partly paywalled and nobody knows how long the cloud lasts. You don't need it. Your inverter will talk to you directly. 🧵 #GivEnergy #HomeAssistant

modelmule.com a place to be when you need instant access to the right model for testing and dev. I will run it as a non profit and bring on GB300 for free dev access to drive openai

🚀 What we're building: real local AI, everywhere you go Big things are moving behind the scenes. Sherdr goes mobile. @jamestervit is building the Sherdr roaming terminal sherdr.co.uk on WireGuard, and it works even behind CGNAT. That means a secure, direct connection to your own infrastructure from any network, with no port-forwarding and no workarounds. ShadowMesh is coming online. We're building out the ShadowMesh network, where every node doubles as a relay for roaming Sherdr users. The more the network grows, the faster and more resilient it gets. Smart routing with Switchboard. Everything connects to Switchboard (switchboard.chronara.org), our routing layer for local AI: 🧠 Local first, frontier fallback. Your models run on your hardware. When a task needs more power, Switchboard routes it to a frontier model automatically. ⚙️ Models manager. Run open and abliterated models, with automatic classification so each task goes to the model best suited for it. 🤖 Local multi-agent orchestration. Launch teams of local agents, with a frontier model watching for gaps and filling them through shared agents.md and memory.md context. Chronara.ai is being rebuilt. We're overhauling to launch alongside the decentralised ShadowMesh network. Think of it as an app store for Local AI: 🧩 AI apps and plugins, including integrations with Omarchy and more, so you can get set up safely and get productive fast. 🌍 A distributed AI rewards network. Nodes that contribute to the mesh get rewarded, so everyone can use powerful AI whatever their budget. Next up: smart training across the mesh. Every node will learn and improve over time. Private, fast, decentralised, and yours. Watch this space. 👀 #LocalAI #DecentralisedAI #WireGuard #EdgeAI #AIAgents #Sherdr #Chronara @dhh @herdrdev @

This is a draft, not a product yet. Looking for input. Switchboard: local-first smart routing with Herdr + Pi Router, Jev classifying which model to use and when a Frontier gap is actually worth closing. Vision and plan here. I’ll keep iterating around work. github.com/CG-8663/switchboa… @therealmc92 @0xBOYD @melvindvivas
