That map is not a map of intelligence.
It is a map of what happens to test scores when you systematically destroy a population's access to nutrition, stable schooling, and economic security for several generations and then hand them a pencil.
The countries coded darkest red on that map are, without exception, the countries most thoroughly extracted by European colonialism.
The Congo. Sierra Leone. Mozambique. Mali.
These are not coincidences sitting next to each other on a map.
These are the predictable, measurable, documented consequences of specific historical events being laundered into a biological argument by people who need the consequences to look like causes.
The map doesn't show you African intelligence.
It shows you the invoice for European colonialism, repackaged as a nature documentary.

10. His organization bought 5 ships and they started practicing international trade and commerce.
11. Marcus Garvey’s organization owned office buildings.
12. They also bought an auditorium in New York, and that’s where he mainly spoke and this place was called Liberty Hall.
13. By 1922 Marcus Garvey organization had 6 million members.
14. They had branches in 40 countries.
15. Marcus Garvey also started his own political party, and he named it The Peoples Political Party.
Marcus Garvey did all of that without help from the Government, and he did it with an 8th grade education

The Ashanti people of Ghana built furniture so significant it started a war. Their stools were not just common stools. Each one was carved from a single piece of wood, shaped to reflect the owner’s identity, status and soul. The Golden Stool was considered so sacred that when the British Governor demanded to sit on it in 1900, the Ashanti took up arms rather than allow it.
Today, Ghana imports plastic chairs from China.

When Europeans first encountered Great Zimbabwe in the 1870s, they refused to believe it was built by indigenous Africans and attributed it to Phoenicians, Arabs, or even the biblical Queen of Sheba. The colonial government of Rhodesia actively suppressed archaeological evidence that contradicted this, and archaeologists who concluded that Africans built it faced professional consequences.
The dry-stone construction without mortar is also confirmed, over 900 years old still standing, built entirely from locally quarried granite shaped and stacked without binding material.
