Thank you so much sir for the kind words and recommendation. 🫡🫡
It means a lot.
My team and I look forward to helping more businesses build stronger back-office systems, streamline their operations, and get more done without adding unnecessary complexity.
The first 6 months of launching Explicit Digital, we had 0 clients and $0 in revenue.
Radio silence 💀
Our first paying job was designing a wedding program for $50.
Before that, we donated about $15,000 worth of tech services to nonprofits, even when we weren't making money ourselves.
It was a tough start, but we kept going.
Tell me about your journey. Where did you start?

A good support system does more than handle today's workload.
It keeps you ready for opportunities you didn't see coming.
When your team is already stretched, you have little time to find the right people, assess their skills, and put them to work.
Having a second layer of support gives you the flexibility to respond when new opportunities arise without disrupting existing operations.

Love this!
I admire your office manager's move to build a second layer of support before the need arises.
You never know when having the right person on deck will help you handle more work or unlock a new growth opportunity.
I walked into the office yesterday and my office manager was interviewing a new plumber. I wasn’t aware of the interview but apparently I told her to have it anyways just in case we get busy a need someone it’ll be good to have someone on deck.
She came out and said “this is John, I think you’ll want to meet with him” so we went back and chatted a bit. Turns out he has years of experience in an area we’ve been trying to go and we don’t have anyone competent in that area currently.
I hired him on the spot.
The lesson here is 2 fold.
Owners - always be hiring, always be looking for new talent. Even if your slow you have no idea who might walk through the door and what opportunity they may unlock
Folks in need of work - show up, be persistent. Know your value and what you can bring to the table and be ready to explain that clearly. You’d be surprised how many business that “aren’t hiring” will hire you if you have value to offer
As an owner, your answers to these questions will determine whether you're building for the long term.
Or just surviving the short term:
• What happens when my main VA is unavailable?
• What happens when my main VA quits without notice?
• What happens when 10 tasks land at once?
• What happens when our lead volume suddenly spikes?
• What happens when I'm unavailable for a month?
• What happens when the business outgrows our current processes?
• Do we have a second layer of support that can step in on short notice?

Hard to do if you’re the type who thinks your way is the only way.
One of the biggest mistakes founders make going into busy season:
They wait until the workload is already there before building the capacity to handle it.
By then, it's too late.
Here's what happens:
You start getting more leads.
More clients want to buy.
More work starts coming in.
But your team is already at capacity.
So instead of growing, you hit a ceiling.
That's exactly why capacity matters as much as demand.
The same applies to your back office.
You can have more leads, more clients, and more opportunities.
But if your team can't keep up with execution, growth eventually creates bottlenecks.
That's why our support model is built around capacity. And we can work alongside with your already existing team.
You get a dedicated Project Manager backed by specialists.
Admin. Customer support. Content. Design. Data. Outbound. Operations. Marketing. Etc.
Multiple tasks can move in parallel without coming back to you.
The goal is to give your business the capacity to keep moving when demand increases.
Because being cautious with capacity can feel responsible.
Until you realize you've been turning away revenue you already worked hard to create.
Is your business ready to handle the next level of demand?
DM your schedule link, and let's talk.

Contractors shouldn't have to spend their evenings catching up on dispatch issues, purchase orders, and permit delays.
At Explicit Digital, we can support your existing team with a dedicated Project Manager who coordinates follow-ups, tracks outstanding tasks, prepares reports, and keeps jobs moving.
Your team handles the field.
You stay in control of your projects while we help keep the operational details from piling up.

Part of that $1,800 is the truck. A plumbing van with shelving, insurance, fuel, and upkeep runs a lot every month before it ever pulls into your driveway. You're not paying $600/hr for two hours of work. You're paying for a business that shows up the same day with the part on board.
Amen 🙏

In any season, circumstance, etc., we can be content.
Support works best when it follows the same order.
Before adding more people to handle the workload, make sure responsibilities are clear and everyone knows what they own.
At Explicit Digital, our Project Managers align priorities, assign tasks to the right specialists, and oversee execution.
This helps founders get the right work done without having to oversee every detail themselves.

Having systems in place is one thing.
Getting people to use them properly is another.
