Okay. Scratch my last comment.
Turnout pace in Israel usually slows later in the day. That is not happening yet. The 4-6 PM block saw *more* votes than 2-4 PM. We might be heading to 80% turnout nationwide.
And before anyone starts prognosticating, there are no comps.

Business leaders in Arizona value stability in our elections and asked candidates to sign a pledge to uphold election law and accept the results of the election (see the pledge here: leadershipnowproject.org/202… Only one candidate for Governor signed the pledge.
Turnout in Israel is insane right now. Should easily clear 75%. Probably won't get to 80. Next-highest this century was 72%
Fun fact: This is actually a better partisan composition for Rs than the voter registration of the city is.
This is low-key a really good ad. I think it will be pretty effective.

I don't think there's another election anywhere in the world like election day in Israel.

This is nuts of course, but there is nothing Americans are worse at in polling than estimating population shares of any minority group. See: yougov.com/en-us/articles/41…
In a new poll, 15% of Americans said they believe between 1 and 5% of NCAA athletes are transgender.
14% think between it's between 6 and 25%.
Meanwhile, an NCAA spokesperson confirmed that the current number is "effectively" zero

If I'm mathing this currently, more people voted in Israel at the 2 PM update this year than voted at the 4 PM update last election.

He refused to condemn an antisemitic ad that backed him. I don’t think the issue is his faith. I think the issue is the antisemitism.

The ad isn’t just so clearly antisemitic that rent Michigan Ds are running from it, it was also so economically illiterate that anyone not overcome with animus could see the fallacy. AES needs this! It’s a perfect chance to Sister Souljah his bigoted hangers-on…

This ad is his campaign message.
That’s also why people like Mehdi Hasan have spent the day both defending the ad and emphasizing it wasn’t from his campaign.
They like the bigoted message but don’t want him to have to justify the obviously indefensible substance of it.

Just a reminder, had the GOP nominated anyone aside from Kari Lake in 2024, they would have won the Senate seat and made it much for difficult for Democrats to win the majority this year
