Since Sleazy Jim @BAMinvestor is too much of a coward to post his P&L & hides behind bogus "crime" claims when he's wrong (which is always), I'm creating a never-ending thread to hold him accountable for his long list of failures.
Remember, he charges $99/mo for this 💩
Farewell, mon capitaine!
Patrick Stewart, 'Star Trek' Captain and 'X-Men' Superhero, Dies at 86 hollywoodreporter.com/movies…
For the novices who continue to use the word “Private” to discuss NextBridge (NBH), Meta explicitly told you the $MMTLP rights transfer was to an “independent, non-traded, public-reporting co”
There’s nothing private about NBH & thus no securities law on the planet requiring PCO
For all the novices & golf analysts claiming $NWBO is "suppressed":
The company's market cap has grown 474% since the start of 2010, while the share price is down 99%.
That's not suppression, market makers, or "crime." That's 1.6B shares of dilution from NWBOs management team.
What a joke... @peterjkostis tries to blame market makers for $NWBO selling over 1.6B shares for several decades b/c it has no approved product... then blocks when I show him the regulatory data.
Clown should stick to golf & stop pretending he has a clue. 🤡

Ladies and gentlemen, party like it's 2019!
Naturally @SusanneTrimbath completely ignored that CMKX issued hundred of billions of unregistered shares pre-REG Sho & that the fraud, yet again, lie w/ management
Susanne loves to chase the wild goose FTD fairy tale while ignoring the relevant/public data that proves her wrong
Since I became a financial journalist 16 years ago today:
• I’ve written 16,330 articles…
• Totaled ~ 14.5 million words (about 227 novels)…
• The S&P 500 is up 574%…
• “Naked shorts” & “dark pool manipulation” have never been the right answer to anyone’s investment losses
Dennis is an absolute joke. Going on for 1+ hour about “unclosed short positions” in $MMTLP /NBH
One problem: NBH isn’t private. Meta explicitly stated it would be an independent, non-traded, public-reporting entity. No forced short PCO. @DennisTheArtist
There’s not a securities law in the U.S. requiring shorts close their positions in a non-private company.
Long & short shares transferred & settled exactly as the PR said.
No one’s fault but Dennis’s for holding a security whose only purpose was to transfer rights to NBH
The lie that never dies…
NBH isn’t a private company. It’s an independent, non-trading, public-reporting entity. There are no security laws requiring short-sellers to close their positions.
Stop pretending “the ShOrTs” were helped b/c you made a bad investment decision. $MMTLP
Replying to @stockmom
So instead of buying back the shorts from long holders in what was supposed to be a free and fair market, FINRA pulled the U3 and told shorts to buy from Next Bridge.
The $MMTLP "community" always attracts the "best" advocates:
- Gary Valinoti (aka @Hamnakedshorts ), Convicted securities fraudster
- George Palikaras & John Brda (@palikaras @johnbrda), Charged w/ fraud & market manipulation
- Charles Payne (@cvpayne), Securities fraudster
What’s bull is when novice engagement farmers who have no clue about market rules or regs block & hide replies containing documentation that show they’re wrong. @beardvet is as clueless & as weak as they come. $MMTLP

What $MMTLP "resolution" is needed?
You held a security (MMTLP) whose SOLE PURPOSE was to transfer rights to NBH. You were given a PR that told you the date this transfer would happen. You now hold NBH common, an independent, non-trading, public reporting company. 1/6
" $FNGR just made contact with the trampoline (per my stuff"
Jim Savoldi is a national treasure... FNGR is -87% since this post just 7 months ago. No one loses money faster than @BAMinvestor
