All you do is duck, dodge, and cowardly deflect REAL data while pretending that your suspicions have merit.
One of us has brought tangible data & real securities law to the table, and it certainly isn’t you, “Mr Series 7”
Keep hiding from the data that shows you’re wrong.
I’m the idiot? I’m not the moron who “has no proof, only suspicion” who’s too afraid to address data confirmed by TA & NBH that no overage existed. 🤡
I’m also capable of discerning the difference b/t a public & private company.
You’re an embarrassment to Series 7 licensing.
Tell me you don’t know what Transfer Agents do without telling me, Ken.
Tell me you have no clue that TAs & brokers regularly reconcile share counts.
Dodge the data from NBH & the TA that shows how laughably wrong you are, YET AGAIN.
There’s nothing to fight, except the truth
Speaking of painfully illiterate, Mr Series 7 has “no proof, just suspicion.”
We call that being full of it in the industry. Meanwhile, I’ve actually brought real data to the table while you’ve ducked, dodged & hid like the clueless novice you are.
Nothing scares Mr Series 7 stooge more than facts that show he might have to take responsibility for his own investment decisions.
You’re owed nothing, Kent. Keep crying 😭
Am I? I'm not the moron who's scared of public data that shows they're wrong.
But feel free to keep playing dumb and deflecting. It's par for the course for the clowns in the "MMTLP CoMmUnItY"... where crying & trying to blame others for their own laughable decisions is the M.O.
Oh no.... more deflections. Him's scared to tackle real FTD data from regulators, because it would mean facing the reality of his own dumb investment decision. Can't have that... gotta keep acting like a crybaby and blaming others.
Wrong again.
You mean halted a security that completed its sole purpose, which was to transfer the non-traded rights to NBH, exactly as the PR told you.
Why are you so incapable of taking responsibility for your actions? Just admit you didn’t read the PR. 🤡
Meanwhile, you didn’t even know what you held, Kent. You had a security transferring rights to a non-traded security, exactly as the PR told you, w/ stated timelines, and somehow that’s everyone’s fault but yours. Sounds pretty pathetic & uneducated to me. 🤣
Replying to @Fit4Fifty1 @MmtlpD2627
I’ve spent nearly three decades in the industry/investing. There’s no way you were ever licensed if you can’t even figure out something as simple as whether a company is public or private, and therefore whether shorts are required to close (which 100% they are not).
