If he’s safe as you claim, why is the regime ignoring the Supreme Court’s order to have him assessed in a private hospital (Shifa International), rather than by stooges at a government facility? Why haven’t they allowed anyone to see him since August? Even murderers are granted these most basic of rights in prison. They’re clearly hiding something, as they could easily dispel people’s concerns if their claims that we are lying are true.
Remember, when PTI was in power, Nawaz Sharif, who, unlike my father, is genuinely corrupt - as proven by the Panama Papers - was allowed to travel to London for medical reasons while serving his prison sentence and remained there, living in luxury for 4 years. Yet these fascists fear my father so much that they won’t even allow him a visit from his own doctors or an assessment at a private hospital IN Pakistan, as ordered by the highest court in the country. Why are you so desperate to cheerlead for a fascist regime?

Pakistan’s fascist regime, led by military dictator Asim Munir, continue to ignore the Supreme Court order from August for my father to be assessed and treated at the private Shifa International Hospital, as well as for regular access to family visits and access to his lawyers. It is clear that they are trying to kill him as he is by far the most popular political figure in the country, and they fear him. If the worst happens, no one should make any mistake who is responsible. It is Asim Munir with the approval of the illegitimate Pakistani government. Every government that continues to legitimise this regime will be complicit in this and the resulting chaos and destabilisation it causes in the region. No state that is engaging in friendly relations with this fascist Pakistani regime can truly claim to uphold the values of democracy or human rights.

پی ٹی آئی کو کچلنے کے ساتھ عوام کے مسترد کردہ سیاسی یتیموں کو کونسل کے نام پر اختیارات دے کر اگلے الیکشن کے لیے تیاری کی امیدیں دلائ جا رہی ہیں۔ ساتھ ہی انگریز دور کے مَلک نظام کے ریوائیل اور آج کی نسل کو کالے قوانین کے ماتحت کرنے پر کام ہو رہا ہے۔
بے شرمی اور ڈھٹائی کی انتہا دیکھیں کہ جس دہشت گردی کا بہانہ بنا کر ایمرجنسی لگائ، گورنر راج لگایا گیا آج اسی ایمرجنسی کے تحت بنائ، فوج کی خاص الخاص کونسل کا سربراہ فرما رہا ہے کہ ”فتنتہ الہندوستان۔ فتنتہ الخوارج“ محبت کی زبان سمجھتے ہیں۔ پی ڈی ایم حکومت کے بعد افغانستان بھیجے گئے جس وفد کے متعلق ہم سوال کر رہے تھے کہ عوامی نمائندے تو ہم ہیں تو بات چیت کے لیے بھیجا کس کو، شرائط کیا طے ہوئیں اور کس اتھارٹی کی بنیاد پر ہوئیں تو وہ انکشاف بھی بلآخر ہوگیا کہ فوج کے لوگ تھے۔
فاٹا کو وفاق کے ماتحت کرکے ”فتنتہ ال ہندوستان و خوارج“ کی آبادکاری کے وقت کا ایک اور مطالبہ بھی پورا کر دیا گیا۔ فاٹا کو وفاق کے ماتحت کرنے کا مطالبہ انہی کے لائے ہوں کا تھا۔ ڈھٹائی و بے شرمی سے پختونخواہ کو بھی بلوچستان بنایا جارہا ہے اور نام نہاد میڈیا ڈھول بجا رہا ہے۔
ہمارے لوگوں کو بھی سمجھنا چاہئے کہ جس پیمانے پر آپ کا نام مٹانے کی کاروائیاں ہوئیں اور ہو رہی ہیں آپ کا کیا خیال ہے کہ آپ کو واپس آنے دیا جائے گا؟ حکومت بحال ہوگی؟ نہیں
آپ کو جس بحث میں الجھایا گیا ہے یا جس میں آپ الجھ گئے ہیں یہ آپشن ٹو ہے۔ یعنی جیسے آپ نے اپنے مینڈیٹ کا تحفظ کیا تھا ویسا اگر ابھی بھی کر سکے تو زیر بحث پلان لاگو ہوگا ورنہ کوئی واپسی نہیں۔ ایک بار انہیں آپ کی جانب سے یہ اطمینان ہوجائے تو اگلا اقدام ہمیں، آپ کو اور عمران خان کو دہشت گردی سے جوڑ کر پارٹی پر پابندی لگانے کا ہے۔ آپ خود کو مزید کسی مغالطے میں رکھنا چاہتے ہیں، آپ کی مرضی ہے لیکن وہ اپنے اہداف میں کلئیر ہیں۔ عمران خان کو جیل رکھنا اور ان کی جماعت کو کرش کرنا اور بیرونی آقاؤں کی خوشنودی سے اپنی طاقت کو دوام دیتے چلے جانا چاہے۔ اس کے بدلے پورا ملک برباد ہو جیسے ہماری نظروں کے سامنے ہو رہا ہے۔ وہ کلئیر ہیں، ہم کتنے کلئیر ہیں؟

امتحان تمہارے سے زیادہ ان لوگوں کا ہے جنہوں نے تمہارے اوپر غیر قانونی غیر آئینی ظلم کے پہاڑ ڈھائے ہیں۔ دس سالہ قید میں سے تین سال گزر چکے ہیں؛ باقی سات بھی، اگر قسمت میں یہی لکھا ہے، ان شاء اللہ پلک جھپکتے گزر جائیں گے۔
آئین و قانون پامال کرکے تمہیں گرفتار کیا گیا اور ایک فوجی عدالت نے دس سال قید کی سزا سنا دی، مگر آج تک نہ جرم واضح کیا گیا، نہ دسمبر 2024 میں سنائے گئے فیصلے کی آج تک تفصیلات سامنے آئیں ہیں۔ایک دو سطری فیصلہ بھی جاری نہ ہونا اس پورے عمل کی کے کھوکھلے پن اور موجود ہائی برڈ نظام کی بے بنیاد حیثیت مستحکم کرتا ہے۔ اصل شکست پاکستان اور اس کے بچے کھچے نظامِ انصاف وقانون کی ہے۔
تمہیں سزا دینے اور انصاف سے محروم رکھنے والے اداروں میں بیٹھ کر اپنے حلف پامال کر رہے ہیں۔ بوٹ کی نوک اور کالے کوٹ کی آڑ میں آئین و قانون کو مفادات کی بھینٹ چڑھایا چکے ہیں۔ وسیع و عریض خلقِ خدا ان سے بیزار اور ان کے مکافاتِ عمل کی گرفت میں آنے کی منتظر ہے۔ پاکستان میں تاریخ بار بار دہرائی جا رہی ہے؛ ماضی کے جن جرنیلوں اور ججوں نے آئین سے کھلواڑ کیا، وہ باقی زندگی اپنی صفائیاں دیتے دیتے بالآخر قبروں میں جا اترے اور آج نشانِ عبرت ہیں۔
حسان بیٹا! تم اصولوں پر قائم ہو اور تمہاری عزت و وقار میں اضافہ ہوا ہے۔ ایک جہان تمہاری پامردی، بہادری اور استقامت کا معترف ہے۔ اللہ سے تعلق جتنا گہرا ہو، آزمائش سہنے کا حوصلہ اتنا ہی بڑھتا ہے، اور اس تعلق کی گہرائی کی نہ کوئی حد ہے، نہ حساب۔ قید کے اڑتیس ماہ میں تم نے تفہیم القرآن کی چھ جلدیں مکمل کیں، سیرت پر درجنوں کتابیں پڑھیں اور فقہ، تاریخ، سیاست، جغرافیائی سیاست اور تزویراتی امور کا وسیع مطالعہ کیا۔ دنیاوی آلائشوں سے دور رہ کر علم و دین سے اس تعلق کو اللہ تعالیٰ کا انعام سمجھو۔
تمہیں قید کرنے والے خود عدمِ تحفظ کے اسیر ہیں؛ عہدے بچانے اور دنیاوی مفادات سمیٹنے کے لیے گناہ و جرم میں ایک دوسرے سے سبقت لے جا رہے ہیں۔ ایسوں لوگوں پر فیصلہ کی گھڑی آن پہنچی ہے اللہ کے ہاں دیر تو ہو سکتی ہے اندھیر نہیں ہے۔

My mother, Noreen Niazi, my khalas Aleema Khan & Dr Uzma Khan have completed 30 days of unlawful detention under MPO — and still not released.

Today marks 30 days since my aunts, Dr Uzma Khan @DrUzma_KhanPK and Noreen Niazi @Noreen_KhanPK were taken from their homes and detained under the Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) law.
Their 30-day detention period has now reached its expiry, yet we have received no further order from the Lahore High Court, nor any official communication from the Punjab Home Department or jail authorities explaining the legal basis for their continued detention or confirming their release.
On what legal grounds are they still being held? Why have they not been released?
For an entire month, they have been denied access to their families and legal counsel. Their only crime is standing by their brother, Imran Khan @ImranKhanPTI and refusing to remain silent.
Thirty days of detention. No family access. No legal access. No justice.

Yet, despite the expiry of her 30-day detention period, we have received no further order from the Lahore High Court, nor any official communication from the Punjab Home Department or jail authorities explaining the legal basis for her continued detention or confirming her release.
On what legal grounds is she still being held? Why has she not been released?
Since the day she was abducted and subsequently detained under the MPO, she has been denied access to both her family and legal counsel. One of the strongest voices advocating for her brother, Imran Khan @ImranKhanPTI, has also been silenced.
Thirty days have passed. No family access. No legal access. No justice.
Are the authorities preparing to extend her detention for another 30 days? If so, on what grounds?
We demand her immediate release.
Not another day of silence, obstruction of justice, or denial of her most basic rights is acceptable.

It has been 30 days since my mother and my aunts, Dr. Uzma and Noreen Niazi, were unlawfully detained under the MPO. Throughout their detention at Kot Lakhpat Jail, they have been denied access to family and legal counsel.
No one, especially women, should be subjected to such treatment. With the detention order now ending, they must be released immediately.

As Pakistan’s government arrests opposition leaders and suspends an elected provincial government, President Trump continues to embrace its military chief.
The United States should stand with the Pakistani people, not enable political repression. We must press for the release of political prisoners, including Imran Khan.
