Keepers engage with one knee up mostly for generating upward momentum but also for mid air physical protection from incoming players. You’re literally taught it at grass roots. It’s incredible how many people watch this sport weekly yet don’t seem to know it. Owono’s incident is an accident, a very unfortunate freak accident.

Hay que tener cuidado y ser justo con las acusaciones a Owono. Me explico:
Su temeridad ha acabado en tragedia porque además de su error, también ha habido una cadena de negligencias en los servicios médicos.
Su acción es la principal causante de la desgracia pero no la única. Esto hay que tenerlo muy claro.
Tacharlo de asesino me parece una barbaridad. El Fútbol es un deporte rápido y de contacto. Las decisiones se deben tomar en cuestión de segundos.
Raro es el fin de semana que no hay algún choque parecido a este. La diferencia es que la mayoría afortunadamente acaban en golpes fuertes que no pasan a mayores.
Y ahora yo le doy la vuelta a la jugada para que ustedes reflexionen:
¿Qué hubiese pasado si Owono en el momento clave de la acción se hubiese apartado para evitar el choque?
Pues que la jugada hubiese acabado en gol del Tenerife y el portero hubiese sido altamente criticado por 'salir a por uvas'.
Con esto lo que quiero hacer ver es que es muy fácil dejarse llevar por la corriente acusadora cuando ocurre una desgracia de este tipo pero luego los aficionados somos los primeros que estamos con el cuchillo preparado y afilado para criticar sin piedad los errores propiamente futboleros.
Pero hay que saber mirar la imagen en panorámico y meterse en los zapatos de los demás.
No me gustaría ser ahora mismo Owono. Una decisión en centésimas de segundo ha costado la vida de un compañero, algo que le perseguirá en su cabeza el resto de su vida.
Debe ser sancionado y seguramente su castigo sea ejemplar.
Nosotros como aficionados debemos condenar la temeridad de la acción y nada más.
Owono no quería acabar con la vida de un compañero. Owono no es un asesino.

When there were talks of expanding the CAF Champions League before the start of the competition, everyone was against it, called it favoritism for clubs that didn't make it, like Al Ahly, since yesterday the same people have been calling for an expansion and change of rules
CAF really needs to introduce time wasting rules, those last twenty minutes I saw of the azam vs zed game was horrible.
Also I need an another replay of that pen shout and the late disallowed goal (it didn't look like a foul)
On a serious note, do you see the issue with not expanding CL and the away goal rule, @CAF_Online ?
Pyramids and Sundowns are objectively the two best teams, now one of them is out Sundowns beat the AFC cl champions as well.

أحمد السيد زيزو لاعب منفوخ بشكل مبالغ فيه، جمهور الزمالك نفخه وهو عندهم، وإحنا لما جه الأهلي نفخناه أكتر وأكتر.
زيزو لاعب محدود جدًا، وأرقامه متحسنة بفضل ضربات الجزاء. إنما في الملعب؟ أداء سيئ، مفيش تمريرة مظبوطة، مفيش استلام كويس، مفيش مراوغة، وحتى الأدوار الدفاعية والرجوع ورا مش بيعملهم بالشكل المطلوب.
لما لاعب بمستوى طاهر، اللي هو أصلًا مستواه متواضع، يقدم نفس مستوى زيزو أو حتى يظهر بشكل أحسن منه، يبقى لازم نسأل نفسنا: إيه اللي بيميز زيزو فعلًا؟ خصوصًا إنه من أعلى لاعيبة الفريق في المرتب!
إن لاعب بياخد المرتب ده ومفيش فرق واضح بينه وبين طاهر في المستوى، ده أمر غير مقبول تمامًا.
