Gardaí are renewing their appeal for the public’s assistance in locating Ella Rose Mooney (13), who is reported missing from Emyvale, Co. Monaghan, since Friday 23rd October 2026. Ella Rose is described as being approximately 5 foot 4 inches in height, with a slim build, dark brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen in Monaghan Town at around 9:00am on 23rd October. She was wearing black leggings and a black jacket. Ella Rose in known to frequent the Dublin area. Gardaí are concerned for her well-being.
