Elections exist to be won and to be lost. A 44 year old, sure cannot be pegged on electoral victories and losses in a country where your ancestors are still holding on to power. You are disgustingly moronic. A charlatan.
SIFUNA has NEVER done a SINGLE thing of CONSEQUENCE in his entire life. Not a thing as a lawyer, ODM SG, or senator. Zero, zilch, nada. He’s a blank slate. I challenge anyone to name one thing. Apart from running his mouth. He lost every election until Baba made him Nairobi Senator. Now he’s hiding under Gachagua’s skirt. Prove me wrong. I challenge you.

Don't be this loud, when speaking nonsense.
A dumb ruling. Interesting how the courts ignore Parliament in a Representative democracy. Public participation has now become the weapon of choice for Judiciary to cripple the Executive. In the process, courts have ignored impact of such ludicrous decisions on business & investment. @Kenyajudiciary

Ruto is crashing out because he doesn't believe that constitutionalism can be an agenda. He fears to discuss human rights and rule of law.

Catching up with ndugu @skmusyoka over a cup this morning at his Nairobi residence. We are in agreement that all of us who mean well must work together to save our country from this “mambo matatu” regime and restore our constitutional democracy. Whatever it takes.

After referring to Raila as "Mganga" for ages, I see Ruto now wants to bestow the same tag on @edwinsifuna.
He will soon add "mtu ya kung'oa reli" and "mtu ya kitendwili".
Sifuna obviously reminds him of Raila. Raila may still be around, after all.
But why is Ruto obsessed with referring to his top competitors as "waganga?".
The answer is simpler than you think.
Ruto is a typical villager, for whom too much success can only be witchcraft.
You qualify to join Alliance School; witchcraft.
You become rich; jinis.
You excel in your field; witchcraft.
Sifuna becomes more popular than him; witchcraft.
The first mganga didn't stop him taking power. The second, younger mganga will end his rule.
Father to son.

The CoA on second Appeals will only interfere with a decision if it is demonstrated that the lower courts:
1. Considered matters they should not have.✅️
2.Failed to consider matters they should have.✅️
3. Were 'plainly wrong' in their decision after looking at the evidence as a whole.✅️
