How can innocent citizens be penalized without any prior notice or mandatory verification? Automated account freezes and heavy liens due to multi-layered P2P fraud chains are severely ruining common people's lives!
A victim loses money once, but Cyber Police & Banks end up freezing 10x that amount across multiple innocent third-party accounts. Holding funds indefinitely without prior customer notice, fast-track investigation, or clear timelines is a massive systemic flaw and legal abuse.
Innocent citizens who legitimately receive funds in daily business or personal transactions must not be treated like cybercriminals. Fix this arbitrary chain-freeze mechanism and set strict accountability for banks immediately!
