Scientists from @ARIESNainital, an autonomous institute of @IndiaDST, & collaborators discovered that the Sun’s upper atmosphere rotates faster than its visible surface—challenging classical physics.
The finding could improve our understanding of solar activity and space weather, helping strengthen systems reliant on satellites, communication, navigation and power infrastructure.
