Wild spaces such as Costa Rica are not only about biodiversity and health of the planet, they are about our mental health and our constant reflection on our place in the Earth system and our responsibility as stewards of sustainability. #rewildtheplanet #gtf2020 @NatGeoEducation
Students built remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) from scratch with instructions from @PWSSC and used them in the pool today, along with a commercial ROV from the @Safeway educator grant! It was great seeing them build skills relevant to AK careers! @asdcte @ASDschools @AlaskaDEED
So proud of my Dimond High students who were the drone flight team capturing footage for the Valdez Fly in and STOL competition this weekend! South High streamed the event live! Go ASD! @ASDschools @asdcte @AlaskaDEED

What an amazing day at @RomigRocks @ASDschools with Model UN. Heard from @CNN Hero Teresa Grey of @MobileMedicsInt and @holageorge of the Anchorage Assembly. As Assemblyman Martinez said, “Block by block, we can change the world.” Starts with all of us, especially our youth.
