When I read Hlomu the Wife for the first time, to me, she was the epitome of powerful and perfect, albeit flawed. But then enter Zandile. She ruined my perspective of Hlomu🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣she made her out to seem like a drunkard with scruffy hair, and no sense whatsoever🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I'm embarrassed to say, I haven't been to Binga yet 🙈
This is Binga. Everything they told you about the place being interesting was true.
We really enjoyed that one and we can’t wait to do it again!!

Where it all began.
Doing a yoga asana on a boat on Lake Naivasha, Kenya.
This is where I wrote the story "An Elegy for Easterly", at the Caine Prize Workshop 2007.
A year later I was published!!

On this TL, I celebrate black women and their achievements, whether big or small.
To the black women:
I see you.
I celebrate you.
I want you to celebrate yourself.
You matter.
You are special.
You rock.
❤️❤️❤️
