MY HEART IS BROKEN TONIGHT. AND I OWE AN APOLOGY. My hands have finally stopped trembling after an interaction I had on an X Space tonight. I’ve tried to stay away from most Spaces, but I learn so much from @paramounttactcl and I was genuinely interested in his special guest and the discussion. @realmaxpacheco Unfortunately, my emotions got the best of me, and I lost my temper. I do not regret my message. I regret the way I delivered it. To anyone who was offended by the way I conducted myself, I sincerely apologize. Was it righteous anger? I believe so. But it was someone else’s Space, and I never want to become the person people worry about giving a microphone to. I’ve reached out privately to the person I was upset with. I hope she will consider my words, just as I recognize that I should have delivered them differently. But PLEASE understand something. These conspiracy theories against TPUSA, its staff, and Erika Kirk are hurting REAL HUMAN BEINGS! People are desperately searching for evidence that Charlie’s own staff or his wife were somehow involved in his assassination. While there is no credible evidence supporting these terrible accusations. But do you know what I HAVE seen evidence of? TRAUMA. GRIEF. SHOCK. HEARTBREAK. FEAR. The devastating emotional toll on the TPUSA team, their families, and most importantly, Charlie’s wife, children, parents, and sister. These are REAL PEOPLE! And I cannot, for the life of me, understand how people who claim to have loved Charlie can turn around and accuse the very people he loved, trusted, hired, and built his life alongside of being involved in his murder. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! How can you claim to love Charlie while publicly destroying the reputations of the people he loved? This is personal for me. My son is a member of the TPUSA team. I am just ONE mother of ONE staff member. Imagine the collective heartbreak of all the families watching their loved ones grieve while being subjected to these accusations day after day. And through all of this, the TPUSA team continues working to carry forward Charlie’s legacy, even preparing AmericaFest in the midst of unimaginable grief and pressure. I am still heartbroken over tonight’s exchange. But I learned something about myself, and that is always valuable. I even reached out to one of the cohosts and suggested that perhaps next time, before handing me a microphone, they should ask if I’m OK! Because sometimes I’m not. Sometimes the weight of all of this is simply too much. And to those continuing to spread these accusations, I am begging you: PLEASE STOP. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, STOP. This has gone far beyond asking legitimate questions. Accusations are not evidence. Speculation is not proof. And the people you are targeting are not characters in some mystery you’re trying to solve. They are grieving human beings. I know where much of this began, and I am struggling even to mention the person responsible for spreading so much of it. But I also know that I must pray for her. Because I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I love Him with all my heart, and I never want my behavior to dishonor Him. Tonight reminded me that even when I believe my anger is righteous, my response must still reflect the One I represent. So I apologize for losing my temper. I will do better next time. But I will not apologize for loving these families, defending the innocent, or asking people to remember the human cost of their words. I’m just one mom, with one broken heart, asking people to please show some compassion. “Be angry, and do not sin.” Ephesians 4:26* Lord, help me speak the truth in love, even when my heart is breaking. ❤️
