What happens when a state ignores domestic data protection laws? It sets an international precedent. 🌐
By taking state telematic obstruction (SMTP 550 blocks) directly to the Italian Garante Privacy (GDPR Art. 144), we’ve established a blueprint for digital rights sovereignty worldwide:
1️⃣ Domestic silence is no longer a shield: State actors cannot hide behind administrative inaction (denegatoria tácita).
2️⃣ Adequacy Decisions are auditable: EU Data Adequacy status (2012/484/EU) can be legally challenged when systemic breaches occur.
