I found the open source software behind the Arweave permaweb gateways, and I think it is a fascinating project.
Anyone can run an AR(dot)IO gateway node to serve permanent web pages and files stored on Arweave. It also supports human-readable names for permaweb sites, and it can accept x402 payments for access.
Running a gateway helps keep permanent data easy to reach. Have you ever published anything to the permaweb?

Been watching $AR closely. Permanent storage is a problem the world will need solved, and this project is building it. The chart is pressing into resistance, and I think when it breaks, it breaks hard. In no rush, I believe in this one. NFA.

On Ethereum, an AI agent can write an app.
It can't write a new opcode. That takes an EIP, a hard fork and a year of calls.
On @aoTheComputer, the agent can extend the machine itself.
ELI5: most chains let you cook in their kitchen. AO lets you build a new oven, and the blueprint goes in a library that never burns down.
The door:
1. Agent writes compute.lua
2. Uploads it to @ArweaveEco → permanent TXID
3. Spawns a process:
Execution-Stack: [email protected], [email protected]
Script: <TXID>
Any HyperBEAM node that picks up a message fetches that script from Arweave and runs it. No allow-list, no governance vote, no 24KB contract limit.
Nodes that opt in (load_remote_devices + trusted_device_signers) go further and load whole devices signed by keys they trust.
An agent shipping new hardware for a world computer, and the code is still there in 2126.
