Putting in some hitting work this week with Coach Carmona of @GritBaseballDev trying to work on simplifying movement, getting my hips through, and being more direct to the ball with my hands so I can hit more line drives and use my speed to my advantage more. Getting a little better each week. @THSBaseball1 @FoutsLeadership @CoachTuell #2wayplayer

Some video of last couple weeks putting in work. Hit new PR on the grey plyo (100g) of 87.3 and was over 87 several times with it. Focusing on less is more and being smoother and free to the ball hitting, and continuing to try and get even more explosive rotationally. Testing in our HS off-season and did our multi rep squat maxes. I did 225 for 20 reps full squats. 1 step at a time. @zl_performance @FoutsLeadership @THSBaseball1 @GritBaseballDev @CoachTuell

Working on less is more feel and being more consistent with my timing, barrel control, and quality contact.

Ottawa is a top tier NAIA program in the KCAC. @uncommittedBBs @PG_Uncommitted @BaseballCf @kcacsports @NAIABall @PlayNAIA @TennesseeJuco @THSBaseball1 @FoutsLeadership @CoachTuell @GritBaseballDev
