This is the tax law they want you to be stuck with.
Just In: FG set to pass a law that would prevent the next government from reversing the economic reforms policies introduced by the Tinubu administration, Incl. taxation, tarrifs, subsidies etc., making them binding and mandatory.

As we remember Sultan Muhammadu Maccido, the 19th Sultan of Sokoto, twenty years after his passing, we are reminded of the importance of religious tolerance, dialogue and peaceful coexistence. His commitment to unity and service remains a lesson for leaders and citizens alike as Nigeria continues to navigate its challenges. Twenty years on, his family asks us for two things. 1. Choose talk over fight. Unity over division. 2. Take air safety seriously, so we never lose so many again. His best memorial is how we live, not stone and speeches. May his legacy continue to inspire generations. May Allah grant him Aljannatul Firdaus. Ameen. 🤲 #SultanMaccidoAt20 #TheManOfPeace

The Maths is not mathemating on paper - If over the next 10 years, you have committed spend of $750 billion, then revenue projections have to be in trillions...not a $16 billion revenue half year. Would be good to see Anthropic projected revenue over the next decade.
Anthropic H1: $16.3bn revenue. ~$9bn on compute. Locked-in capacity: ~$450bn over the next decade (up to $750bn). Signed commitments ≈ 28× H1 revenue — mostly non-cancellable. finplankaluaja.substack.com/… Not investment advice.

Demand and Supply.... 1996 London Population - 6,974,400 2026 London Population- 10 million
Was life in London more affordable in 1996 than it is today? From transport and coffee to rent, groceries and university fees, Al Jazeera’s Lina Serene compares the cost of everyday life in 1996 and 2026 and asks whether today’s young people are getting a fair deal.

If You Have Competence and Energy to Serve, Come and Campaign - Obi We can no longer accept people who are elected and not available. The president of Nigeria must be available at all times and must tour all over Nigeria. Peter Obi, Presidential Candidate, NDC

Dear Nigerians, it is obvious 97% of us do not want this government back in 2027, the government in power know this and this is why they will not try to win by vote casting, there are already AI generated voters on the Inec server, Inec chairman is an APC supporter, what is the plan??? I kid you not when i say their game plan is not by votes, this electoral process should start by calling on the Inec chairman to step down asap, Inec is highly compromised. They will repeat 2023 and you will move on again like you did before….. Buenos dias

All media houses have to be all over INEC like a rash. INEC needs to explain to Nigerians these AI picture allegations. M All opposition parties too need to be on this.

Does Nigeria still have the death penalty?
This happened in Delta state this week. A driver was employed. After a month of employment , he kidnapped the child of his employer, raped her and took random money from the father. We need to be careful of those we employ. Do proper due dilligence.

“I have no reason to steal public money. I have enough to go back home and relax, travel to where I want for the rest of my life. The only thing I can do now that will make meaning to my life is to pull people out of poverty.” - My Presidential Candidate, Mr Peter Obi

@inecnigeria Why are there AI-generated images in the register you released? I wish to remind you that this concerns the future of more than 200 million people, and you cannot afford to toy with it.

This is how many young Americans and UK students were ecstatic about loans, thinking it was free money, until they started repaying the loan with interests several years on and are still in student debt. Dear 5 star Barber, we will revist this in a few years time.
I don’t know if I’m supposed to say this oh😭 Deep down every uni student wants to actually vote for TINUBU in 2027 I’m a beneficiary of Nelfund Student Loan & I must say, he actually cooked with that initiative

If Tinubu knows how deep Peter Obi has gone in the North in this 2027 election, he will withdraw from the race. But his greedy supporters will not tell him. Peter Obi is coming. Nigeria will be OK.

Harry Kane going from football’s most famous trophyless player to a Ballon d’Or winner might be the greatest example of why changing employers can improve your life.

During my service year I stumbled upon one babe around my area. We clicked instantly and became kinda "friends". On my way back from PPA I'd usually visit with Ice cream and other things she never asked for because she lived just a stone throw from me. So we kinda met almost everyday and I never showed up empty-handed. On her part she always wanted to see me and ask for one advice or another as it didn't take me long to realise she was into business. As it wasn't costing me anything I just stuck around and tried to see life through her own eyes. So one day at work I recieved a distress message from her for urgent 2k. She's never asked me for anything so I felt she must've reached rocked bottom. I'd have sent her 10k if she wanted, she was a genuinely nice soul (I thought lol), 30+ at the time, and not so much going on for her at the time so being a 23yo without frontal lobe I felt very sorry for her. I decided however since I was going to her home I'd just slip her the money and some extra personally instead of doing transfer. I had the cash on my already. Fast forward to close of work I headed straight to her place. We greeted as usual and she explained how down bad she was, I comforted her saying I was her friend and will always give her a shoulder to lean on (ewu 😂). She then left to go take a shower because I just arrived unexpectedly. Well, she went out but left her phone near me unlocked. I couldn't resist snooping because messages kept trooping in endless. So I picked up the phone and immediately started laughing. Me that has never had a female friend decided to befriend my neighbour and the outcome didn't shock me. It turned out the same distress message she sent me was forwarded to another 100+ men on her contact. That is, it was only 2k. Assuming all 100+ men came through for her she'd be pocketing over 200k in a single day. My NYSC allowance was just 19k. I checked her account balance and she had over 100k since morning already, minus her previous balance. When I confronted her she started laughing, I was laughing harder. I was going to give my savings to somebody who was gonna milk me. I left laughing and our "friendship" (or neighbourship??) continued because I had nothing to lose. But that sole experience reinforced my lifelong belief that while there's almost zero roi for a man in a relationship, a man keeping a female friend is on a suicide mission. Top 2 most idiotic financial decision any man can make in life.
