See here for a clear and succinct explanation of the law on single sex spaces. ⬇️
And for the terminally confused: women DO have the right to single-sex toilets (and changing rooms if needed) AT WORK. As do men. Under the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992. For service providers, single-sex facilities are permissible, not obligatory, but failure to do so may give rise to indirect sex discrimination. Indirect, because treating men and women the same, but sex discrimination nonetheless, because it is detrimental to women.

Every damn word
A lot of us were very willing to have a debate without heat, @stonewalluk, and the reason that never happened wasn't because gender critical feminists didn't want one. While we were trying to get you to listen to our concerns, your former CEO was telling a BBC boss that gay people not wanting to include the opposite sex in their dating pool was 'sexual racism'. While we were pointing out the homophobia inherent in gender ideology, Stonewall ambassador Alex Drummond (a bearded, heterosexual man who'd had no surgery and taken no cross-sex hormones but liked wearing skirts), was going into schools to talk to students about his 'lesbian' identity. @BluskyeAllison, who actually is a lesbian, was subject to unlawful discrimination at her place of work for tweeting: ‘Stonewall recently hired Morgan Page, a male bodied person who ran workshops with the sole aim of coaching heterosexual men who identify as lesbians on how they can coerce young lesbians into having sex with them. Page called [it] “overcoming the cotton ceiling”.’ When the UK Supreme Court upheld women's right to single sex spaces, you issued a statement expressing your unhappiness about the ruling. In her report on your unhappy influence at the University of Essex, you were found by barrister @akuareindorf to have misrepresented the law as it related to women's rights: '[Stonewall have] stated the law as Stonewall would prefer it to be, rather than the law as it is’. In 2018, you publicly advised schools to shred a research pack saying there were risks to puberty blockers, in spite of the fact that you aren't a medical charity and that there was already credible evidence that puberty blockers are neither irreversible nor harm-free. Meanwhile you produced your own educational packs, recommending a children's book, for ages 5-9, in which the parent 'is neither a man, nor a woman – they’re non-binary.' In July 2022, Stonewall sent out a tweet that read ‘Research suggests that children as young as two recognise their trans identity'. @thetimes has reported how you've sought to control the language used by NHS trusts and government on their social-media accounts. Organisations would get points from you for replacing commonly understood words with ideologically approved terms, eg, 'birthing parent' instead of 'mother'. thetimes.com/uk/society/arti… In short, you took a maximalist position on gender identity ideology, which you attempted to enforce by diktat. You refused to acknowledge that you'd hitched your wagon to a cause that, unlike civil rights, gay rights or women's rights, sought to strip rights from others. You sought to curtail everyone's right to freedom of speech and belief by controlling what it was permissible to think and say, through the management and political class. You have argued against women's and girl's rights to their own spaces, their sports and to assemble without men. Your former CEO tried to shame gay women/men into dating the opposite sex if the latter claimed to be female/male. Your mantra was 'no debate' because, like all totalitarians, you preferred slogans, bullying and infiltration of powerful institutions to talking to opponents. You appear to have had no concern for the lowly people your ideology was harming: gender confused kids, female rape victims, female prisoners, regular people hounded and investigated at their places of work for refusing to accept the new mandates on sex and gender issued from on high. Your 'activism' has been a disaster for those trans-identified people who really do just want to get on with their lives in peace. You have besmirched the name of an organisation many of us were once proud to donate to, the charity that was partly responsible for securing the legal right of gay people to marry, which a lot of us thought would never happen in our lifetimes. The milquetoast words quoted below do not erase a decade of gender activism that has been disastrous not only for individuals but for society as a whole. There was once a debate to be had, but until you acknowledge the direct harm you've caused, it is no more possible to debate you than to persuade a person in the throes of a drug-induced psychosis that they are not, in fact, the reincarnated Christ.

This attempt to rewrite history by Stonewall's new leadership isn't going to work. If they truly want to reset the conversation, they need to reckon with the serious harms they caused both women and trans people by demanding no dissent whatsoever from gender identity ideology.

“These laws are about control. They’re about groupthink and making people think only one way.” @HJoyceGender speaks to Tess Hackett, an Australian mother estranged from her trans-identifying daughter, on life under Australia’s state conversion-practices bans. As the UK scrutinises its draft Conversion Practices Bill, here’s what such laws mean in practice. 📺 Watch the episode: youtu.be/V-gczT8gXWA

Stonewall oozes contempt and utter hatred towards lesbians and gay men and have done so now for years. Indefensible.
Stonewall has been engaging in recreational lesbian bashing for years with highlights including calling them sexual racists and a Supreme Court case next year about trying to get Allison Bailey sacked. The brass neck on this clown… theguardian.com/society/2026…?

New vid this eve at 9PM! A deep dive about how Hunter Schafer, hailed the "prettiest girl" and "one of the most beautiful women...ever" by the likes of MTV and Cosmopolitan, is in fact the poster boy for The Trans Deception So glad to be presenting this vid, been working on it for over two weeks I think, I wanted it to be really solid and tackle the idea that 'passing' should somehow give guys a pass into women-only spaces, or that he's somehow any different from clown like Dylan Mulvaney or creeps like Lilly Tino Still finishing it but will upload it ASAP and get it live for 9PM. Woohoo! Quite proud of this one! 😀😎 Stay tuned!

If this is the tweet, then prison is likely to be full. The sheer hypocrisy of the police not prosecuting the jihadis who have been on our streets calling for intifada since Oct 7th, whilst prosecuting people for tweets is laid bare for all to see.
We have Muslim fatigue. The gang rapes. The terrorism. The killing of little girls who enjoy music. The hatred of women and girls. The special courts. The anti semitism. The hate preachers. The marches. The violence. The call to prayer. The public prayers. The complaining about christian preachers. The pauses in football games for skipping lunch. The nicabs. The school kids visiting mosques. The ramadan lights. The ramadan messages on TV and by public figures. The cruel slaughter. The hatred of the West. The hatred of women. The barbarism. The inbreeding. The censorship. The two tier justice. The capture of our institutions. We're tired of it. Islam is a vile woman hating cousin marrying child rape appeasing death cult.

As ever from JKR, everything forensically in one place. And beautifully expressed as always. Stonewall became a men’s rights organisation. We shouldn’t forget how frightening things were in the period before the Supreme Court ruling clawed back some sanity.

I will defend free speech because it is *the right thing to do* not because I always agree with it. I will defend people’s right to *offend me* with their opinions. But this… absolutely bizarre because not only is it opinion, it’s also objectively defensible. What next? I could do a blistering tirade against “LGBTQ” for example. I might. They are annoying me and people need to be shaken out of their “this is fine” mentality. But when it comes to an ideology that poses a direct existential threat (literally) to gay men (while treating women as second class citizens *at best*) the only substantive criticism I have of KJK here is that it’s not “Muslim fatigue” - it’s “pandering to Islam fatigue”. There are many other criticisms I could make about that tweet in terms of specificity, rhetorical devices and precision of language… However that is *precisely* how the chattering academic class - many of whose fantasise about a society of socialist utopia without even a superficial understanding of the consequences of their imagined society - bully and confuse people into thinking they are intelligent. They aren’t. They are educated and articulate. That isn’t a measure of intellect. And so when people use plain speaking to make a point, they feel threatened - which is how you end up with their enablement of the destruction of free speech. Because THEY will always get to speak, because THEY can play the word games to avoid censure. And I think that’s exactly why plenty of them detest KJK. She uses plain language *deliberately and knowingly* to throw down the gauntlet. They can’t merely dismiss her as uneducated or stupid (though I see them trying) so instead they imagine and project malign motives to protect their massive egos from having to admit that all they have is flummery and word salad. 😐

“If you feel as though there’s guidance which is impacting on your ability to participate in public life, to get treatment when you’re unwell, to be able to use the toilets which you have been using successfully for 10 years at work, when it feels as though your rights are secondary rather than equal – that’s going to make you feel incredibly pessimistic,” Blake told the Guardian. And yet when women (including lesbians) told Stonewall this was a problem it said they were bigots, wrong about the law and not worthy of respect in a democratic society.
Before we can have reconciliation we must have truth, @stonewalluk, not disingenuity theguardian.com/society/2026…
