[01/12] Big Debt Cycle Endgame 🔥 This is the most important (and longest) thread you'll read in the next 10 years by me. We're diving deep into the two questions that actually matter: - Where the hell are we in the Big Debt Cycle and where is it headed? - How do you actually position yourself for a Global Depression and rising Global Conflicts? 🧵👇 Disclaimer ⚠️ None of this is financial advice. Think for yourself. DYOR. Own your outcomes. The dates, years, and windows I mention? Estimates. Educated guesses based on current data. I can't see the future. Watch developments, wait for confirmations, don't bet on expectations. I'll keep posting relevant updates here as long as X lets me. Follow if you want the real-time alpha. Like + follow if you're ready to face reality 😉

A bit of a long write-up here. #Bitcoin and $TOTAL3ES (Total crypto market cap without counting stable coins, $BTC and $ETH) are at the beginning of stage 2, which is typically thought as an ideal spot for market participants to enter. This cycle's AI narrative darling, $PLTR, is in stage 2, after hitting 0.5 retracement which is typically early/mid cycle correction behavior. Late cycle correction typically are more drawn out and are shallower. ISM PMI just broke out of 50 earlier in 2026 after being under 50 for 4 years, indicating the start of economic expansion. Copper/Gold ratio bottomed earlier in 2026 after being in a downtrend for 4 years, indicating the start of economic expansion. Japan #Nikkei broke out of a 35-year consolidation in 2025 and has more room to run up. Korean $KOSPI seems to be bottoming at 0.5 retracement with a good reaction, which quite often happens in an early cycle/mid-cycle correction. 50% of the $KOSPI is #Samsung and #SKHynix, both continue to have continued growth acceleration to support the numbers. I doubt that the memory trade is anywhere near done yet. China solana:3aSu9uuDLiWkBQGycJDDSubZEPb6YJjDzULPWZkJn8ic #HangSengIndex had a big run in 2024-2025 just to spend 2026 to retrace back to 0.618 which is a reasonable correction for a likely next leg up, with liquidity likely to spill over to global markets. Their GDP has been growing despite tariffs, youth unemployment and housing crash. Russell 2000 $IWM $RUT is just making higher highs and higher lows. Cathie Wood's $ARKK fund is in a 5-year bullish formation that could be breaking out at anytime, and nobody even cares about what that could mean. $TSLA earnings was not that great, but its weekly trend is flipping bullish regardless. $300 seemed like the number it wanted to hit before finally running up. Market seems to be pricing in future growth which typically happens when it's anticipating economic expansion. $COIN is forming a very painful $COIN base, but is showing key base-forming behavior which could lead to outsized gain shall it finally breaks out. AI data centers could be going through final capitulation zone as they are hitting my crazy targets and finding a decent reaction off of them. With the large caps and market leaders like $NVDA $MSFT $GOOGL $AMZN having great balance sheet and cash flow and with them committed into CAPEX for AI infrastructure, this is not your dot-com bubble and this could keep going on for a while. Narratives and sentiment on this sector is horrible, and massive capitulation followed by short squeeze seems to be in order for $CIFR $IREN $NBIS $WULF $GLXY and other names. $HOOD was the fintech leader that needed to take a breather, while $SOFI plays catch up after solidifying a higher low. Looking at $AFRM and $SHOP - they are two of those stocks that look ready to breakout massively to the upside in 2027 which goes along with economic expansion rather than contraction. There are still tons of names in forming huge bases for years or sometimes even decades that have yet to break out - many of which look like $MU and $INTC prior to their big run-up and are waiting for their turn once accumulation is complete. Long duration bonds are starting to catch a bid at the current levels after forming bullish divergences for years, whereas bond yields seem to be going through a topping process after forming bearish divergences for years. This, of course, happens after everyone including CNN front page started talking about yields. Gold and Silver have been going up for the last 3 years and have finally peaked in 2026 and are both consolidating. Last time Gold peaked was in August 2020, and a very risk on market happened afterwards presumably linked to rotation. I don't give a damn what Kevin Warsh says tomorrow or what the short term market volatility that comes with his nonsense.

The popular Dot Com fractal with the Netscape IPO to ChatGPT release timing peaks in 2028, right around where the current 7-year cycle of The Risk Rhythm should peak. There will be a major pullback in 2029, and this will fool most market participants into thinking that the fractal matches, and that will be THE TOP. Only for the market to rip higher into the real 105-year speculative excess bubble.

This is something I have never thought about, because I don’t use Elliot wave or know it well, but the 105-year cycle is modeled well as a 5-wave count where waves 1, 3, and 5 are the three 35-year bubbles of the RESM in succession.
I count 5 waves up completing in 2035 after 103 years for DJIA. Then, if it corrects from 215,000 top it would take a move half way down the entire 103 year structure, which would be at around 25,000 by 2037. A crash of below 90%. Depression style...

That would confirm the recent years Bitcoin pattern, do nothing for weeks, push hard for few days, do nothing for weeks, push hard for few days etc would not be surprised
The top #Bitcoin $BTC historical analogs for the past 6 months of price action are leaning unanimously to an immediate range break to the upside towards the $105k-$120k range, followed by a new months-long consolidation.

The 2022-2023 fractal for $BTC everyone's been talking about... Would indicate a very quick repricing, very soon. One analog is not certainty, but this one has been doing rounds lately.

Two types of people. Those who see short-term chop and downside. Those who see altcoins at macro cycle lows.
/ ENA Beautiful monthly chart. → Clear macro cycle and bullish deviation → Massive range low reclaim Bids got filled pretty deep. 20%+ bounce now. Still got some unfilled bids. Ready for when things turn for the better part of this macro cycle.

The last 2.5 months have been dedicated to building out the quantitative tools of RESM theory, and work involving my PhD research: 1. Monthly Risk Price Index (est. 1692) 2. Yearly Risk Price Index (est. 1263) 3. Decadal Risk Venture Index (est. ~800 BC) 4. Yearly Economic Downturn Index (est. 1260) I will consider sharing parts of this, but consideration to my PhD research and publications needs to be paid. Now that 1 and 2 are pretty much in a complete state. I will return to writing the first two books I promised about 6 months ago, which are ~50% written. I aim to complete them by the end of the year.

This one lit up my day. I hope it does the same for you.
Life works in the most unexpected ways. 25 years ago, I was just standing in a dorm room talking to a friend's girlfriend about something not important. My friend decided to grab my pants and yanked it down hard, exposing my beautiful legs and my stained and holey whitey tighty to her, as a prank. I walked it off as if nothing happened, but that was extremely embarrassing. But a couple of years later, they broke up, and she kept in close contact with me insinuating that I should have a threesome with her and her new partner. Obviously I didn't do anything about it. I'm a virgin. I don't even know how. Nothing happened with all that. I guess what I'm trying to say is this. If you think the market is bad now, wait till it pressures you to have sex with it later.

This phase will be back for $BTC and for Altcoins. But people will only buy after most of it is already in the past.

Keep seeing it, but find it hard to believe that people are still discussing whether we are in a bull market or not. Bull market resumed in July, confirmed in August, and printed a macro higher high in September. Move on.
