Permanent residents can't vote in elections
There's a governance resolution being presented at the UCP AGM on Friday, November 27. I'm campaigning AGAINST it, and ask you to vote it DOWN.
The resolution calls to add Permanent Residents back into UCP Membership. That resolution is WG-2026-G-2
Last year I successfully submitted a resolution to limit UCP membership to citizens only, so this is clearly a bit of a hot button issue!
Some people who I respect very much are behind this submission but I'm holding FIRM to my opinion that we need to have Canadian Citizens only to hold UCP memberships.
If only Citizens can vote in our elections, than why can Non Citizens select our MLAs via Constituency Association Nomination contests?
This is not a matter of disrespecting hardworking, lawful, taxpaying people who have contributed to Alberta even for decades.
What limiting UCP membership to Citizens does is to eliminate the possibility of having foreign influence affect the selection of our MLAs; a big concern at present is the very persistent and expanding Communist Chinese influence into our political structure.
We don't see it too much in Alberta yet but we MUST do our best to ensure that our politicians are Canadian Citizens, elected by Canadian Citizens.
The UCP can create Associate Memberships for Permanent Residents and create programs tailored for them.

The issues are obvious. What's needed to build unity is to reverse course, to address the fundamental grievances that Albertans have and set a course to take action and get the done.
Alberta Renewal has put forward its 4-Point UCP Unity Pact.
What can be more fundamental than:
1. Full Autonomy Now just like Quebec
2. Reverse course on the MOU and stop the nationalization of our resource industry with federal conditions on development, ending carbon tax and equipment and ending any federal ownership of pipelines and set a path to a value-added strategy that keeps our resource value here in Alberta where Albertans benefit.
End C-48 and C-69 by setting up rat-checks of all BC containers at the west border to Alberta to make sure no rats are there. This might delay container shipments, which we could end if C-48 and C-69 are dropped so that we can get private capital moving again.
3. Election Integrity - End Mail-in ballots other than for exception and re-instate vote anywhere.
4. Fiscal Restoration - Implement big measures to reduce the size of government and start by reducing the number of government ministers, and lower taxes.
Give me 30 minutes with Danielle Smith and the boat can be turned around. Election staff saying "we need to just unify" isn't going to cut it.
520,000 are ready to find another home because the dome masterclass may just have to be taken to the train station once and for all.

It's strange sort of feeling, sitting at a table listening to other people talk about what they think is the latest news, while I'm sitting there thinking about the attempted coup in Poland that they haven't heard anything about, because they still follow legacy media, and if I mention it they'll look at me like I'm a form of alien life.

What is unfolding in Canada is not politics. It is not reform. It is a hostile takeover by global forces using one of the most sophisticated and destructive plans ever devised to collapse a free society from within.
The plan is referred to as the Cloward-Piven Strategy. The man they have chosen to complete this agenda is Mark Carney.
Mark Carney was not elected. He was selected. His loyalty is not to the Canadian people. It is to the World Economic Forum (WEF), the United Nations (UN), the Bank for International Settlements, and other unelected global institutions that aim to erase national sovereignty and individual freedom.
(Cloward Piven Strategy in definition: The strategy aims to utilize "militant anti-poverty groups" to facilitate a "political crisis" by overloading the welfare system via an increase in welfare claims, forcing the creation of a system of guaranteed minimum income and "redistributing income through the federal government.")
In 1966, Columbia University professors Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven developed an eight-point strategy to collapse a free nation from within intentionally. Their idea was to overwhelm the system through massive economic and social destabilization so that citizens would beg for authoritarian control in exchange for survival. This strategy has now been adapted and weaponized by global financial elites and is being applied to Canada right now.
If you have never heard of the Cloward-Piven Strategy, it does not matter. It is already being implemented for you. You are not imagining the chaos. It is designed to demoralize you, to confuse you, and to make you submit.
Mark Carney is the chosen executor. Below are the eight points of the Cloward-Piven Strategy, along with concrete actions Carney has taken to implement each one.
1. Overload and bankrupt the welfare system
In 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdowns, Carney publicly supported massive government stimulus spending, including the Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB), which gave more than eight million Canadians free money with no strings attached. This program cost over 81 billion Canadian dollars. Carney, in a July 2020 speech to the London School of Economics, called these types of stimulus packages "essential tools for transition" and praised the role of public finance in "accelerating the shift to stakeholder capitalism."
The Canadian COVID-19 lockdowns were not about public health. They were all about creating permanent dependency. The more individuals rely on government support, the more control the government has. Canada’s debt has now reached more than 1.5 trillion dollars. The system is being driven toward bankruptcy by design.
2. Raise the cost of living until survival becomes the only focus
In February 2021, Carney co-authored a report for the Glasgow Financial Alliance for Net Zero, where he pushed for removing capital from carbon-based industries and redirecting it into climate-compliant investments. The direct outcome of this has been a reduction in oil and gas supply, spiking prices across the board.
In July 2022, Carney’s climate agenda began affecting Canadian energy producers when major banks stopped issuing loans to oil and gas firms unless they complied with net-zero targets. With fuel prices soaring, Canadians now face historic inflation. Food banks across the country report record demand. In Canada, the cost of groceries has increased from March 2020 to March 2025, approximately 30.2 percent in total.
Carney knows these policies crush the middle class. That is the point. When individuals struggle to feed their families or fill their gas tanks, they stop resisting.
3. Defund and destabilize law enforcement
On June 8, 2020, just days after the death of George Floyd in the United States, Carney wrote an op-ed in the Globe and Mail endorsing social movements that called for defunding police.

Universal Ostrich Farms Files Multimillion-Dollar Lawsuit Over Unlawful Raids and Seizures
Universal Ostrich Farms Inc. and Landco Ventures Inc. have officially filed a multimillion dollar civil claim in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), the Attorney General of Canada, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
The lawsuit arises from a series of aggressive and intrusive regulatory actions that culminated in an invasive 52-day occupation of the plaintiffs Edgewood, B.C. farm property, the forced slaughter of their ostrich flock, and the destruction of a commercial
enterprise.
Key Allegations and Causes of Action:
• Unlawful Search and Occupation:
On or about September 3, 2025, the CFIA and RCMP obtained search warrants based on an affirmation by Heather June Willis. The defendants entered the property without prior notice, leading to a continuous, months-long 24-hour occupation, during which
they erected massive hay-bale "kill pens", disabled surveillance systems, restricted
access, and secured airspace restrictions.
• Inadequate Statutory Compensation:
Under the Health of Animals Act, the CFIA ordered the slaughter of 314 ostriches (out of 351 birds on site) and denied all compensation.
• Animal Cruelty and Missing Birds:
The claim highlights inhumane handling during slaughter operations contrary to internal guidelines and common law, alongside numerous birds going missing without proper inventory or chain of custody.
• Unlawful Seizure of Ostrich Eggs:
In 2025, the CFIA seized an unspecified number of ostrich eggs without lawful authority or compensation. These eggs served as the core input for Universal’s proprietary dietary supplement and pill product, which was poised for a commercial market launch generating projected revenues exceeding $200,000,000. The seizure permanently destroyed this enterprise.
• Property Damage and Trespass:
The plaintiffs seek damages for trespass, nuisance, intrusion upon seclusion, and permanent real property devaluation.
Relief Sought from the Court:
• An order requiring the defendants to remove all encroachments and remediate the property.
• A complete accounting and return or compensation for all removed documents, materials, birds, and eggs.
• General, special, punitive, and exemplary damages for trespass, harassment, intrusion upon seclusion, negligence, and Charter breaches.

"I was disappointed that the CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) did not have enough respect to allow Secretary Kennedy, Dr. Oz, or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), one of the world's leading health agencies, to test the ostriches as they had requested.
This would have put everything to rest between the United States and Canada, which may have been a contributing factor to other things.
It's a shame the CFIA did not listen to well respected professionals. Instead, the CFIA destroyed the ostriches and their eggs without allowing any testing, and without proof that the birds were infected, which created many doubts amongst the two countries.
I hope we can put it behind us and have our two countries work closer together like we
