Aadhaar is not Proof of Citizenship , and is not under Home ministry , it's a digital ID, at best a registry,
Home ministry will never cede control over its jurisdiction to Aadhaar !
The only other way is Voter ID , which will become more stringent !

Other than the vaccines forced on children since birth, parents also fail to inform school of any pre existing health conditions.
Did the child have her food before the sports session, did she rush back to class are other aspects which schools are hardly bothered about.
