Maybe the weirdest MiLB story of the year? On July 19th, Brady Ebel was at the plate with a 2-0 count for the Wilson Warbirds when play was stopped due to a thunderstorm. They suspended the game. By the time play was scheduled to resume on August 25th, Brady had been promoted. When the game restarted, his brother, Trey, stepped into the box to finish the at-bat that Brady started.
