Diecast Collection Spotlight #2 Greg Biffle (Biff) 2005 Greg Biffle #16 National Guard Ford Taurus, Roush Racing. This patriotic red, white, and blue paint scheme was used throughout much of the 2005 NASCAR NEXTEL Cup season. Most notably, Biffle drove the National Guard scheme to victory in the MBNA RacePoints 400 at Dover International Speedway on June 5, 2005, leading 150 of 400 laps. Biffle won a series-leading six races that season and finished runner-up in the championship. Team Caliber Owners Series 1:24 diecast, limited to 1,200 pieces (first production run of 600). Serial/DIN #0341. Autographed by Greg Biffle in silver marker on the windshield.

Diecast Collection Spotlight #1 1999 Dale Earnhardt Jr. This car was raced by Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the NASCAR Busch Series at the Outback Steakhouse 200 at Phoenix International Raceway on November 6, 1999. It was part of a NASCAR/DC Comics promotional tie-in pairing drivers with superheroes, with Dale Jr. driving his father's iconic #3 for Dale Earnhardt, Inc. while Dale Sr. simultaneously raced the #3 in Cup Series for Richard Childress Racing, an unusual overlap of the number across two series at the time.

NASCAR has made further changes to their superspeedway rules package for the upcoming Chase race at Talladega, as well as adjustments to stage lengths - The rear spoiler has been cut another half-inch from where it was at Daytona in August, bringing it down to 3.5 inches. The spoiler was seven inches at Talladega in the spring and four at Daytona. - As was the case in the spring, there will be a long Stage 1 at Talladega followed by two shorter stages to end the race (98/45/45). This will address what was seen at Daytona, where fuel mileage was still a factor in the final stage
