Iran's Major General Mohsen Rezaei Reveals Details of His Meeting with Putin in Moscow
Rezaei, Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council and former IRGC Commander, delivered a personal message from Iran's Supreme Leader to Putin.
1. IRAN'S 7 CONDITIONS:
Rezaei told Putin the Strait of Hormuz will NOT reopen and negotiations will NOT resume until Washington meets all seven conditions, including compensation demands.
2. PUTIN CONDEMNS THE WAR:
Putin condemned U.S. and Israeli attacks on Iran, including nuclear facilities, calling the war UNJUST and demanding its swift end.
3. PUTIN OFFERS SUPPORT:
"Whatever help we can provide to end the war, we are ready to cooperate."
4. REGIONAL SECURITY:
Putin backed Iran and China's position that regional security must be managed WITHOUT foreign interference. He welcomed Rezaei's briefing on the four-country Tehran meeting.
5. RUSSIA-IRAN ENERGY:
Discussed Russian gas pipelines to Iran to address shortages and supply neighboring countries.
6. RASHT-ASTARA CORRIDOR:
Iran's Supreme National Security Council approved the project, with an implementation agreement expected soon.
7. NO NEGOTIATION PROPOSAL:
Putin offered no specific U.S.-Iran negotiation proposal but said ending the war and the "neither war nor peace" situation would benefit Iran.

A senior Iranian official told Reuters that Tehran has submitted a nuclear proposal to the U.S. via Qatari mediators, stipulating that formal discussions on the package will only commence after Washington fully satisfies Iran's seven preliminary demands. Tehran maintains that the prerequisite conditions, which include lifting U.S. sanctions and ending the naval blockade, must be executed before substantive negotiations regarding its nuclear program can proceed.

💥🔥 15 of Russia’s 38 strategic oil refineries are out of operation and another 12 have cut production, according to Ukrainian defence intelligence.
It says combined refining capacity at the facilities assessed is down 55.4% since the start of the year.

🇵🇾 Paraguay's president has RESIGNED after a spectacular banking collapse left millions of people unable to access their own money.
And the whole thing unraveled in just THREE DAYS.
Regulators seized Ueno Bank, a digital lender with roughly 3 MILLION customers, after uncovering serious financial irregularities.
Then came the protests.
People lined up outside bank branches, desperate to withdraw their savings, while lawmakers moved to IMPEACH President Santiago Peña over his past financial ties to the lender.
Even powerful figures in his own Colorado Party withdrew their support.
Now Peña is gone.
And there's an interesting geopolitical twist: he was a close Trump ally, making his resignation another headache for Washington in Latin America.
But for ordinary Paraguayans, the immediate problem is much simpler.
Their president has resigned. Their money is still tied up in a banking crisis.
And that's not something a change of government fixes overnight.

I went back nearly 20 YEARS and pulled up every time the VIX jumped more than 40% in a single day.
Then I looked at what happened to $SPY after 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month.
The results are pretty damn interesting.
Some of the biggest opportunities showed up when everyone was convinced the market was falling apart.
But here's the catch. Not every VIX spike marked the bottom.
I've always believed that fear creates opportunities, but knowing when to put your money to work is what really matters.
