I got invited to Bethesda to check out an early look at their work on the elder scrolls VI! Here is what I learned and what I can share! 1. The game will take place across multiple provinces, with more on the way through seasonal updates! 2. Additional Daedric artifact quests will be available as micro DLC 3. There will be multiple means of transportation across the map. From ships to air gliders! (Maybe even an airship or two 😉) 3. A new playable race will be joining the roster! The Sload! This addition comes as a sort of filler because High elves have been removed as playable (too problematic!) 4. Weapon durability makes its triumphant return! And this time, even the uniques can break! Be sure to collect enough resources on your travels to keep your gear in tip top shape! (Repair kits will be available in the creation club as well, so don’t worry if your down to your last bit of heath on dawnbreaker with no recourse nodes in sight!) 5. Todd Howard himself makes an appearance in the intro! He is a recruitable follower and will function an interactive a tips and tricks to help guide you through the game! (Similar to the fairy in Zelda) 6. The game is set to release within the century! They just need better technology to fully realize Todd’s vision. Be sure to invest in DLSS 5 and other Nividia and Microsoft products to make this gem of a game a reality as soon as possible!
