Today, Baroness Campbell of Surbiton delivered a speech in the @UKHouseofLords using an AI recreation of her voice, built by ElevenLabs. A first for the UK Parliament. Baroness Campbell has spinal muscular atrophy, which affects her speech. The Baroness has now created an AI voice that replicates the tone, rhythm, and pitch of her original voice. Our technology has now been used to restore the voices of more than 11,000 people who have lost their voices through injury or illness, and we’ve committed to help one million people living with voice loss around the world.

Hi ElevenLabs team, Your products and models are great but your customer support and billing is the worst thing I’ve seen I tried to upgrade my account assuming it will redirect me for payment instead it automatically upgraded my account which my card didn’t allow it and now I can’t use neither my old subscription nor the upgraded subscription your ai support is not solving anything and your customer support didn’t answer at all ! I love using your products but this is frustrating for a platform as big as you to not be able to even switch from annual billing to monthly billing to test an upgraded subscription. One more thing is that your startup program with partner codes are not answering too and this overall customer experience is not good. I have been forced to create a new account just to be able to try the upgraded subscription I really hope you can solve these kind of issues as it has very bad affect on your great range of products !
