Shia LaBeouf has publicly admitted on the "Real Ones" podcast (with Jon Bernthal) to having cold sores his entire life—caused by HSV-1 herpes virus, contracted from his mother. He gets 2 outbreaks a year when stressed/sick and confirmed he never disclosed it to any sexual partners.
In FKA Twigs' 2020 lawsuit, she alleged he knowingly transmitted an STD to her (confirmed via her bloodwork after symptoms appeared), which he admitted having (diagnosed years prior) while hiding flare-ups with makeup. He addressed this in the same interview without denying the condition.
