Big news heading into @RippleSwell: the @USOCC has granted final approval for Ripple National Trust Bank.
This gives Ripple a federally supervised platform to support $RLUSD and provide digital asset custody to enterprises.

Submitted report of about 30 shots heard in south Minneapolis somewhere near Uptown. A corresponding incident on the 911 dashboard shows police and Crime Lab responded on shots fired at 1:36 a.m. at 4xx W 28th St.
Police responded again on shots at 28th and Bryant Ave S at 2:51 a.m.
Police responded to more shots at 4:40 a.m. near MLK Park at 40th and Nicollet Ave.

🚨NEW: The @SECGov has just formally proposed Regulation Crypto Assets, a new framework for crypto fundraising in the U.S.
The proposal would:
📌Allow certain offerings of up to $5M over four years or $75M annually without SEC registration
📌Create a conditional safe harbor for crypto assets once an issuer’s essential managerial efforts have ended
📌Preempt certain state securities registration requirements
It now enters a 60-day comment period.
