Final stop of the #F3SocalTour was F3DelMar for their Modified Murph Day. We worked out at the beautiful Torrey Pines State Park . This popcorn AO offers some of the best views I’ve ever had in the gloom. Ran into Tater from @F3Boise. @f3nearme @F3GoldRush
#F3SocalTour continues. Stop number 2 with @F3NorthSanDiego at their Enter Sandman AO beach workout. The Q dialed up hydro burpees! Thanks for leading the pax Mr. Tumnus. Last stop will be in F3DelMar tomorrow! 6th Sense posted DR from @F3SouthFork! @f3nearme @F3GoldRush
#F3SocalTour is back! Hitting up some of our SoCal regions for some much needed 1st and 2nd F while on vacation! Stop number 1 was with @F3Anaheim for two great beatdowns! Thanks for leading the pax Robocall! Next Stop will be @F3NorthSanDiego and F3DelMar! @F3GoldRush
Posted with Mr. Tumnus from @F3NorthSanDiego for an OTB workout at their Stokasaurus AO. Sally, motivators and a lazy Dora was on today’s menu! This was my last leg of the #F3socaltour. Enjoyed meeting the great PAX from all 3 regions. Heading back to my boys back in @F3GoldRush
Had the pleasure of leading a Q for the PAX at @F3Poway this morning. Lots of familiar faces from last year and a few new ones! I introduced them to Sally, Bearway to Heaven and Dora’s Doomsday Clock! Next stop, back to @F3NorthSanDiego! @F3GoldRush #F3socaltour
Posted with the @F3NorthSanDiego Pax this morning for a beatdown by the beach. I dropped a signal flare and flagged down none other than the amazing HIM known as LZ. Next stop on the SoCal tour is @F3Poway! @F3GoldRush @88_f3
Posted with the men at @F3Anaheim this morning. Thanks for trusting me with the Q this morning Robocall! Keep serving your PAX. @F3GoldRush

Some Friday afternoon motivation from our Nant’an, @slaughterF3. #DoTheHardThing
Nice job Gold Rush!
We were going to share about our Ghost Flag but @F3SouthFork straight up stole it! So we stole it back! It’s meant to encourage PAX to travel outside their regions a bit & it’s already getting some mileage. Hey, @F3Delta, you’re on the clock! #f3ghostflag

No luck and no clovers to be had today. Just pure, unadulterated hard work. YHC brought back The Dirty Dozen to the PAX of @F3GoldRush. 15 men showed up to set their pace or beat previous ones. Well done HIM!

Large numbers are a common metric to determine if an AO is successful. I think that’s valid.
But the four-man workout from this morning was successful in a different way. We got to know each other and connect in ways that large workouts don’t allow for.
Both ways have value.
13 out for @F3theAlamo Iron Pax Ruck Challenge. Ruck Ball was ruckin’ awesome! Hopefully my legs will work tomorrow. Nothing like ruck PT before the regularly scheduled 7am beatdown with the one and only @Possum_F3. @ninjaofficer @WestfallJason @F3GoldRush

We spend multiple days per week strengthening our bodies, minds, & spirits. We learn to lead workouts & community engagements. If our leadership stops after COT, we have failed. F3 has trained you to be the leaders your family needs. Let me be clear, your loyalty is to them first – at Tega Cay, SC

@F3Techdeck led a ruck through old Roseville tonight. Is Santa the original Rucker?
6am Pre-Ruck at Whetstone followed by a Christmas 🎄 themed VQ from Deep V! Great words from the Q. Spoke about getting out of your comfort zone, facing your fears and lifting up the PAX. Great reminders! @F3GoldRush @F3_ItalianJob @ninjaofficer @DreddCNC @darkhelmetF3
