We were going to share about our Ghost Flag but @F3SouthFork straight up stole it! So we stole it back! It’s meant to encourage PAX to travel outside their regions a bit & it’s already getting some mileage. Hey, @F3Delta, you’re on the clock! #f3ghostflag

Large numbers are a common metric to determine if an AO is successful. I think that’s valid.
But the four-man workout from this morning was successful in a different way. We got to know each other and connect in ways that large workouts don’t allow for.
Both ways have value.

We spend multiple days per week strengthening our bodies, minds, & spirits. We learn to lead workouts & community engagements. If our leadership stops after COT, we have failed. F3 has trained you to be the leaders your family needs. Let me be clear, your loyalty is to them first – at Tega Cay, SC

Convergence with @f3_marin @F3SF_Peninsula and @F3GoldRush all meeting at Dark Horse in Tiburon, CA. Pollack led a 12 days of beatdown smoke fest at arguably the most beautiful AO in @F3Nation

F3 Houston with many other regions across F3 Nation are addressing this problem of weak male friendships. We forge our bonds through our morning workouts, shoulder-to-shoulder, no matter your race, religion, political affiliation, or fitness level.
This is the real epidemic... and we’ve been solving it at @F3Nation for a decade now... 40,000+ men have joined us for the free workouts and stayed for the best male friends they’ve ever had.
These are men I would go to war with.
